Summary
Carli Shepard hadn't had the easiest childhood. Growing up on the dirty streets of Earth with no family to speak of. As a result, she absolutely hates celebrating her birthday. It's up to her boyfriend, Garrus Vakarian and the rest of the Normandy's crew to show her that her life is worth celebrating, and that, even in the midst of a war, she is still entitled to relax and have fun.
