Summary
Takami Keigo, or Hawks as he's more commonly known as, has never been free, "taken in" by Hero Public Safty Commission the at the age of 8, he was trained to be a hero. At the age of 18, he was in the top 10, 20 he was placed 6th, and by 22 he was 3rd. All he ever wanted was to be free, do what he wants without the consequences of the Hero Public Safty Commission.
He never expected for this to happen.
Todoroki Touya, or Dabi as he preferes, was in the highest, most rated school for heros, having pumped out a lot of the greatest heros known today, it was no wonder his father placed him in U.A. However, after finishing the school, he decided heroism isn't for him and started working as a tattoo artist while he figured out what he wanted to do.
He sure as hell didn't expect what he saw in the alley way in the ripe hours of the morning.
