Chapter Text
Her breath laboured as she ran through the thick woods. Her h/c hair was knotted and blisters were starting to form on her feet along with all the other wounds she’s already acquired that night . Taking a few panicked glances around her, she couldn’t see the clearing that homed her village any longer, even though she could still hear the incoherent screaming of her village people.
To tell the truth, she hadn’t really had time to process everything that had happened over the last hour or so.
Looking towards the echoing sound, her e/c eyes started to fog up leaving a salty residue running down her cheeks. She turned her head in the direction that she was running and was faced with-
*WHACK*
She hit a tree head on, falling backwards and blacking out.

A few hundred meters or so out of the forest half an hour before, dwelled a blonde boy. His blue eyes a tad grayer than they had been a month before and his iconic red and white t-shirt torn and faded. His name sounding dry to the tongue as he spoke it out loud, not quite as fun to say as it used to be. No longer filled with pride when spoken.
“Tommyinnit” the boy whispered, his voice coarse from the lack of fresh water.
Staring out into the sea, he wondered how his former best friend was. Tubbo had always been apart of his life but ever since he exiled him from l’manburg he couldn’t help but feel slightly bitter. He didn’t really understand how Tubbo thought he was selfish. He’d given up his most prized possessions (his discs) multiple times so that they’d have independence ,and Toby saying that to him made him feel as if all of that went down the drain (not that he had one to begin with, being on a beach an’ all).
After waiting for dream to arrive for the last four hours he eventually gave up. Ghostbur didn’t even show up today. He felt slightly disappointed that (what seemed to be) his only friends weren’t going to visit him but then it dawned on him that this meant that he wouldn’t be tormented for the week. Looking towards the nether portal that dream would normally walk out of, he made a final decision.
He nodded, turning his head towards the woods. He was going to have an adventure. Even if it would only be for a few miles.
(A/N: After a few chapters they will get much longer! trust me!)
