    Somehow, Maaike managed to kill Alduin, AND keep her identity (mostly) unknown while doing it. In the end she could not care about the fame she made as the Dragonborn. The fame that she could use if she wanted. But she doesn't. She want's to be just as Maaike... To find anew life. That was her reason why she came to Skyrim in the first place.

    But there are other things in her past that wont go away. Can she truly escape it? Or forget it?

    Maybe there will not be any "difficulties".
