Summary
The view from the top was often lonely. Praised as the pinnacle of greatness but no one ever mentioned the wall that kept people away. He thought it was a sacrifice he needed in order to keep the peace. To keep anyone he cared about from being targeted. All for One was still a threat despite being on the other side of the world. All Might wanted to keep anyone he cared for safe and sound and it was better to keep those people to a minimum.
The first time he’d met you had been on a rainy day after a hard battle that he’d taken grievous wounds. Toshinori had withdrawn after defeating the villain to get to a healer but his legs had given away underneath him. He’d barely made it to the side of the sidewalk before collapsing against the side of the building. The rain had beaten down on his head while he watched his blood running out into the street, he wondered if this was how he disappeared and with him One for All. Until a shadow loomed over him.
