Work Text:
I laughed so hard I felt the blood flush from my checks. I wouldn't say it would've been noticeable though. With all of his blood everywhere.
I remember just how it felt. The feeling of the pressure of my sharpened blade letting off as I finally cut through his skin and clothes. They told me I even cut a bone!
How wonderful is that!?
He should've known better. Messing with my boys like that. I told him, I said,
'You'll regret the day you met either one of those boys!'
But. He didn't believe me. He didn't believe me!

They tell me his funeral is next Tuesday.
I feel so bad for my boys. Them having to walk in on something like that. And boy do I wish I could be at his funeral.
But the prison's not all that bad. Sometimes if I squint hard enough I can see Sam watching me through the cameras!
Thankfully, I'm still always so close to him.
I'd go insane without my boys.

I closed the book and put it away.
I'll see them again. Soon.
