Known as The Wall, creator and commander of Task Force X, and one of the most dangerous individuals on the planet, Amanda Waller is always in control. She's known for being able to take multiple problems, and using them to solve even bigger ones. Often by putting bombs in the necks of those smaller problems... But sometimes, that just isn't enough, some threats need something more subtle. And now Waller has found the perfect thing to fix them, a young Meta Human who's powers could enable her to deal with potentially massive threats.
