Summary
Loki was never taken by Odin, instead he was raised by Laufey and his second-wife Farbauti; he was raised with the fate of his world and his family resting on his shoulders. He attempted to steal the casket of ancient winters, met and somehow fell into a blood-brotherhood with an arrogant aesir prince, was banished to Midgardr only to befriend America's star-spangled savior, discovered a mind-shattering secret regarding his parentage, and then found himself falling into the void, taken in by Sanctuary.
This is none of those stories. This is the story of how he, by some stroke of fate, ended up crashing back to Midgardr, and how he plans the Mad Titan's demise with the help of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

If you couldn't tell by the synopsis this story is EXTREMELY au, with a lot of background context I may eventually write up a prequel for. This is a passion project I've been tinkering with for a while, and I have a vague hope to write from a little before The Avengers (2012) all the way up to Avengers: Endgame.
