   It’s not something Izuku’s ever considered before.

   Usually, when you’re on your period, his heart hurts for the pain you’re suffering. He fills your hot water bottle for you and rubs your back when you ask for it. Makes sure there’s enough chocolate in the pantry. Changes the sheets without complaint when there’s inevitable spillage. But that’s all there is — that’s all he thinks to do.

   Until now. Until he looks over from brushing his teeth at the bathroom sink to see you squatting in the shower with a grimace on your face and a hand between your legs. Watches as you pull out your menstrual cup and a gush of dark blood flows onto the tile. He watches you reach your bloodied hand under the showerhead to wash the blood away, toothbrush crushed and forgotten against his back left molar.
