Summary
Steve tries to find more information about Bucky in a Hydra base. But he finds something else entirely. He finds you. But do you have some connection to Captain America's best friend ?
This story starts before Ultron and is set to continue until further into the story of the MCU. I try to stay canon-compliant. There are parts in the first-person perspective but most of it is not.

I’m lying on the ground. The cold snow pressing against my hot skin. Gunshots are fired all around me. I want to curl up into a ball. This is not where I’m supposed to be. This is not where I want to be. This is not MY war.
I struggle, cry, scream, punch, but it’s all just wasted energy. It has no effect at all on my captor. My hands get cuffed again. I can still feel the bruises from the last cuffs. I can see the scars from the years of captivity. All energy leaves my body. I feel like dying. I look up and am met with steel-blue eyes without emotion, unrelenting.
“Heal, now.”
