Athena snuck closer to the lab, hearing the sound of fighting come from within its walls. She nudged her head in the small opening. Who was her mom fighting with? She didn't recognize them.
The mysterious figure grabbed her mother by the arm. "You know why I'm here."
Play dumb. Metis tilted her head. "No, I don't. I don't even know who you are."
That seemed to aggravate the person. "Yes, you do. I'll do something that'll make you 'remember.'"
Do what? The mysterious figure left the room by using..the window? That was weird. Who used the window?
Well, whoever that was, she had to take them down. No one hurt her mom.
Once her mother was distracted by the new robot in her workspace, Athena grabbed the katana Metis kept around the lab.
She had to keep her mom safe.
