   Summary

   Bucky helps Steve down the ramp, easing him up onto one of the gurneys where one of the doctors-- a stern looking woman in a bright white lab coat-- helps him lay down. Steve can’t straighten out. The bullet that’s now absorbed into his goddamn body is lodged right beneath his sternum, and he’s been hunched over since his skin healed over the wound.
