Summary
It’s an old song / it’s a sad tale, it’s a tragedy.
As a child, Tommy always wanted to be a hero— to help others and gain the recognition he rightfully deserves. As a vigilante, he gets… a little bit of that. When a new villain stalks the streets of the city and new perils are brought to light, the like of which the city of L'manberg has never seen before, Tommy is forced to reconnect with an old friend he thought he'd never have to see again.
