Determined Blue (Rewrite)

Summary:

Memories, very painful memories. It's blurry but the hurt is there. You don't understand it, because these memories aren't yours.

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

  This is the path it chose, every step it takes, it knows it can't turn back. You want to, but that's not what they want. 

 

There was nothing. There was nothing around other than the quietness. So, so silent. Hallucinations of an unbearable noise that is not there is ringing across. 

 

Through the town that was once filled with something, now so eerily empty, so dull, and nothing. The fire, the warm fire that protected you from the cold, the fire that once felt cozy and safe around. Now it's not the same feeling anymore, the coziness, the protection, the safety of it all is now gone. It lit out, just like fire itself. 

 

That thing was now the one feeling the warmth. 

 

It's not the same anymore, now it's nothing but dead burning wood. 

 

Whispers, they whisper but you can't do anything. It has to stop, you need it to stop, you want it to stop. But it doesn't. It keeps on going. They keep repeating everything. Over and over, again and again. They keep doing everything, TILL NOTHING MAKES MEANING ANYMORE, NOTHING IS IMPORTANT. 

 

They erase, they repeat. They erase, they repeat. They erase, they repeat. They ERASE, they REPEAT. THEY ERASE THEY REPEAT. THEY ERASE, THEY REPEAT. THEY ERASE, THEY REPEAT. 

 

THEY ERASE, THEY REPEAT!! 

 

 

 

"Caboose?" 

 

It blinks. 

 

"You alright there bud? You've been spacing a lot lately." 

 

It stares. 

 

A moment passes, then Caboose replies. 

 

".. I was thinking about something.." 

 

"Uhuh, really now?" 

 

Caboose nodded. 

 

"Huh..Well what were you thinking?" 

 

Caboose takes another moment. 

 

"I forgot.." 

 

A sigh "Of course.."

Hello users, I'm sorry to announce but the progress of this rewrote story has been delayed. You could say it's on hiatus.. I'm going to be rewriting everything from the original idea to a fresher one. But the Prologue will get to stay since it doesn't interfere with the newer ideas I have for this story.

 

Back then, I actually didn't have a straight plan for this story or its ending; it's just an idea I had in mind and suddenly made it into a fanfiction without thinking straight. Now I want it to have an actual beginning and ending. 

 

Please wait till this story is back! Again I apologise.

Yeah so, Here have it! Determined Blue Rewritten! I posted this old work back at Fanfic Net and Wattpad, but I wasn't satisfied with how it came out. The old work's pacing seemed incredibly awful and few bad writing here and there so.. I renewed it! Changed a lot of things and I hope it's alright. Tell me your thoughts on what you think of this!
