“… and cut!! Good job today Nayeon-ssi”
“Ah, it’s done? thank you! thank you so much!”
Nayeon sighed in relief as soon as she got out of the set, they’re currently filming their music video for their comeback.
She’s the last to shoot for the day, and it’s the last day for their filming, it’s already 5 am and she feels exhausted, good thing they got a week long break, she’s sure as hell she would sleep the whole day tomorrow.
Another day done! Nayeon thought to herself as she looks at the view from her van. The day is done which means when she wakes up later, she gets to spend her break with the people she misses deeply.
She looks at her phone and stare at her wallpaper. “Few more hours babies” She smiles at the thought of seeing them and leans her head to the side and finally closes her eyes.
On the other side of the country, alarms are already setting off, startling her to wake up. She rubbed her eyes, trying to fight off her sleep. Blinked a few times and reached for her phone.
“Eh?” With her eyes still half closed, she went out and made her way to their bathroom, freshening up and getting ready to start their day.
She walked through their kitchen and starts making breakfast and some packed lunches.
She sighed and glanced up the clock, after setting the table, she went back to their room and smiled at the sight.
There, in the middle of the bed are their bundles of joy, Dahyun and Chaeyoung.
She lightly tapped Dahyun’s legs, “Dub, wake up, baby” but instead of Dahyun waking up, Chaeyoung woke up which made her chuckle.
Chaeyoung sat up, looking at her with wide eyes, she opened her arms for her to crawl at while still slightly shaking Dahyun to wake up.
“How was your sleep, cub?” Chaeyoung only smiled in response and snuggled closer to her neck, a trait she’s sure, she inherited from her.
Dahyun on the other hand starts to wake up as she soon as she felt like Chaeyoung is not beside her, she tapped the other girl’s side of the bed and sat up abruptly “Chaengie!?” only to find her twin snuggled up to her mommy’s neck.
Dahyun pouted and stretched her arms, Mina’s sure she got that from her wife, Dahyun crawled to her while still pouting. Mina hummed to the both of them, coaxing them to wake up, that she’ll shower them and drop them to school.
“I miss mama, I don’t wanna go to school!” Dahyun whined as soon as they finished eating breakfast, the kids have been asking for their other mother and all Mina could do was tell them that she’ll be here soon and that if they’re good girls they would get to see her soon. On most days, it works but when Dahyun is in a mood, oh, Mina prays to the heavens above for patience because Chaeyoung would follow as well.
“I miss mama too! I don’t wanna go to school too!” Chaeyoung followed and stomped her little feet towards the couch and pouted, they were sitting side by side while pouting with their arms crossed.
Mina took a pic of them, and send it to their other mom “come on, school is fun, you love school right?”
“No! we want mama!” Dahyun started scratching her ears, a sign she’s getting irritated
“We miss mama! why is mama not here?” Chaeyoung stated with her voice starting to break.
“Mama don’t love us?”
“Mama don’t miss us?”
The twins looked up at Mina with tears in their eyes, they start to cry silently, well Chaeyoung cried silently while Dahyun wailed.
Mina kneeled in front of them, meeting their eye level, “don’t say that, Mama loves the both of you so much! she’s just working, to buy everything you want! don’t you want that?” Mina rubs both their knees as she spoke softly to the duo.
“Noooooo! we want mama!”
“You’re working too! but always here!”
Mina looked at her phone, she knows that their other mother’s sleeping right now but the twins won’t stop unless they hear their mama, so Mina dialed her number while she hugs the duo, “We love you, and mama misses you too” Mina wipes their tears, but they only cried more.
Times like this, she too wishes that Nayeon’s here with them or that she could explain to their children that they’re actually kept hidden from the rest of the world because the paparazzis would go after them since their Mama’s a big name in the industry, she is too but she doesn’t have a fanbase and some people following her everywhere.
“Hello?” A groggy voice was heard as soon as the call connected, Mina and the duo are now cuddling on the couch with the twins both on top of her still sniffing and crying for their Mama.
“Hey, were you sleeping? I’m sorry, it’s just… the twins won’t stop looking for you” Mina explained and she too wanted to cry with the twins.
“Good morning babies!” Nayeon said loudly, the twins automatically looked at the phone seeing their mama smiling at them.
“MAMA!” the twins squealed in excitement as soon as they saw her, Mina sighed and breathed a “finally” before collapsing her head on the couch. Nayeon saw this of course but she’ll talk to her later, Nayeon swore she would spoil them when she goes home.
“Hey kiddos, why are you still at home? you don’t have school today?”
The duo bit their lip, sensing they did something bad.
“Hehe we miss you, mama!”
“Dahyunie cwied and I did too!”
“Hey! but I miss you and you’re not hewe, where you mama” Dahyun asked touching the screen as if reaching out to Nayeon.
“Awww you cuties, I’ll be there soon! I promise! and didn’t I told you both to behave and not make your mommy tired?” Nayeon told them, seeing both their daughters with wide eyes, she laughed and proceeded to tell them to say sorry to their mommy for throwing a tantrum early in the morning.
“Mommy! Dub & Cub are sorry!”
“Mommy we wuv you!”
“I’ll share my choco ice cweam with you mommy!”
“Oh! me too! I’ll share my stwarberry with mommy!”
They showed Mina their best pout and puppy eyes, knowing their mommy can’t resist them.
Mina smiled widely “Who taught you to do that, hm? Nayeonie you taught them how to pout? unfair!”
Nayeon laughed, “well, that’s our superpower! they have to learn that from me of course!”
The duo nodded their head to their Mama and Mina showered them with kisses making the twins giggle and Nayeon as well. She can’t wait to come home.
“Mama when will you go homewee?”
“Yeah, Mommy’s gwumpy sometimes without you!”
“Hey, I’m not!”
Nayeon laughed at them and told them, “Hmmmm maybe if you go to school today and be good girls I’ll be there to pick you up”
Dahyun shrieked and quickly stood up, “Chaengie lets go! lets go to school! we love school!”
Chaeyoung, with wide eyes, ran across the room to get their bags then went back to pull their mommy’s hand. “Mommy lets go! get us to school!”
Nayeon and Mina laughed at their twins, “alright, get to school safely okay? I love you”
“I love you too, Nayeonie”
“My turn! Mama i wuv you!”
“Me too! I love mama too!”
Nayeon gave them an attempt to wink, making the twins laugh at her. As soon as the trio entered the car, Nayeon reminded them to be careful again and to drive safely, Mina bid their good byes and disconnected the call.
As soon as she dropped the twins to school, Mina drove to her office, she has lots of work to catch up to and meetings to attend for the day.
Damn, being a CEO is hard. Mina thought to herself, as soon as she entered the building everyone automatically bows at her and her business facade showed up, she walked through them with elegance and power radiating from her making her employees awed and frightened at the same time.
She needs to finish her work before the twin’s dismissal, she quickly sat in front of her computer with her assistant stating her agenda for the day.
Nayeon on the other hand, as the call disconnected, rolled on the bed, she’s excited for the day, she got a week to spend time with her family.
She went out of the room and found her members in the living room, “what are you losers up to?”
“you’re questioning yourself, unnie?”
“we all know you’re the only loser here, Nabongs”
“I say one sentence and I get attacked by all of you?!”
“you started it unnie!”
“guys, please, lets not pick a fight with Nayeon unnie, she might cry”
“Oh right, right, sorry Nayeon unnie”
“Yah!” Nayeon exclaimed before throwing pillows at them, they managed to dodge and laugh at her.
“Time to eat!!” Momo, one of her members, exclaimed as they heard a knock on their door knowing that it’s their food.
They were eating peacefully, peacefully as in Momo and Jeongyeon fighting who could eat more, Jihyo recording them and Sana cheering for the both of them alternately whoever is in lead.
Nayeon finished her food quickly and dashed to her room, preparing to go out and finally go home to her family.
As she went out of her room, she sees her members lined up with arms crossed to their chest staring at her.
“Where are you going Nayeon unnie?”
“You found yourself a girlfriend?”
“Will you spend your week there?”
“Would you bring home food?”
All of them looked at Momo, and she just smiled at them “I mean, who is she, huh?”
Nayeon stared at them weirdly, “I’m gonna go home, duh”
“Oh! Can we come!?”
“We don’t have anything to do and we love your mom’s cooking!”
Sana and Momo asked her, she knew Jeongyeon and Jihyo would go home to their families as well leaving the two foreign members.
Nayeon thought to herself, how would she explain to Mina that she’s bringing two of her members home? and the twins! what if they get followed and the twins would get exposed, but Momo and Sana’s looking at her with pleading eyes and an exaggerated pout.
“You could… come after me? we might be followed if we all came together…” Nayeon spoke slowly, unsure of her decision but seeing Momo and Sana jump in excitement she felt better, now she just had to tell Mina and introduce them to the twins.
Nayeon drove to Mina’s office, tapping her fingers impatiently. She's excited to see her, the video calls aren’t enough for her, she wants to be close to her, hold her and see her.
She entered her wife’s building, and went through the private elevator. Her wife got it for her, so no one would see her every time she visits Mina.
As soon as the door opened, she rushed inside her wife’s office and there in the middle, looking as elegant as ever, as beautiful as ever, looking perfect, is Im-Myoui Mina. Her wife. Nayeon had to bite her lower lip to stop herself from smiling.
“Im Mina!” Mina looked up from her computer to be greeted by the sight of her wife, she quickly waddled her way to her wife’s embrace.
“Nayeonie, I missed you so much!” Nayeon hugged her tightly, rubbing her head.
“I missed you too, so much Minari” Mina sighed as she snuggled closer to her wife’s neck.
“I got a week break, baby then after promotions i’ll get a month or 2 months break, we could go somewhere that time or something”
Mina held her tighter, afraid she might disappear. “I miss you so much, I hate sleeping alone without you and waking without you”
“I know baby, I hate that too, I hate waking up without you too and the twins, I miss you too baby, and putting the twins to sleep. I miss everything about you!”
They both sighed at the hug and Nayeon brought them to Mina’s couch, cuddling together. “What do you want to eat today?” “You” they both giggled, and proceeded to trade kisses.
The couple were heavily making out, with Mina on Nayeon’s lap, you can’t blame them, they were making up for lost time! Then they heard Nayeon’s phone ringing, “baby your phone” “ignore it” but they can’t ignore it because whoever is calling, they’re consistent. So, Nayeon had no choice but to answer the call.
“What?” Mina snuggled Nayeon’s neck instead, wrapping her arms around Nayeon’s neck tightly.
“Nayeon what the fuck! you gave us an address to Myoui Corp!?”
“Someone might see us here! what are you even doing here!?”
“Calm down, someone will fetch the both of you there just follow her and i’ll explain here!”
Mina looked at Nayeon as if asking her what’s going on, Nayeon told her she’ll explain later and if she could ask someone to get Momo and Sana downstairs while kissing her temples.
Mina chuckled and asked her secretary to fetch the duo then proceeded to bury her head on Nayeon’s neck, sniffing her wife’s scent. “You’re still using that mint scent?” “Yeah, you love it and the kids love it too!” Mina smiled and pecked Nayeon’s lips before standing up from her lap.
“Babyyy where you going? nooooo” Nayeon reached for her with grabby hands, and Mina stuck her tongue out at her “No your friends are coming, I have to at least look presentable to them” Nayeon pouted and cursed Momo and Sana in her mind.
“But you’re already perfect baby, come on cuddle me some more”
“By presentable, I meant not attached to your lap Nayeonie” Mina teased.
“What’s wrong with being attached to my lap? you love sitting on my lap” Nayeon earned a box of tissues to her face for that.
Nayeon snorted as she looked at Mina behind her computer, pretending to be that strict CEO everyone knows. “Awww look at my baby go!” Nayeon cheered and Mina glared at her. “You’re a baby, what are you doing?”
“Shhh, I have to impress your friends!”
“Baby calm down, whatever you do they would love you. Okay? and I love you”
Mina melted and reached Nayeon for a hug, then they heard the knock on the door and her secretary announcing that Nayeon’s friends had arrived.
“Nayeon unnie? Where are you? How dare you!”
“What are YOU doing here?!”
Momo and Sana walked in continuously looking for Nayeon only to find her in Mina’s arms.
“What!? You really got yourself a girlfriend??!”
“and Mitang? is that you?” Mina looked up from Nayeon’s neck “Eh? Satang?”
“Mitang!!” Sana squealed and ran for Mina engulfing the younger girl into a very tight hug. Momo and Nayeon looked at the both of them weirdly, “what’s happening?”
“Our families are friends, so we’re friends ever since” Sana answered for the both of them and turned his attention to Mina again “last I heard about you is you got married privately with your longtime girlfriend and… wAIT A DAMN MINUTE”
Sana looked at Nayeon and Mina repeatedly, looking like the hamster meme, with wide eyes she eyed both of them “you… Nayeon unnie is your wife?!?!?!!”
“What! Nayeon unnie, you got a wife!?” Momo managed to exclaim and eyed Mina and Nayeon as well, looking for a sign, like a wedding ring or such.
“Hehe” Mina grinned and walked to her wife, wrapping her arm around Nayeon’s waist. “Yeah, Nayeon’s my wife” Mina showed them her gummy smile and Nayeon grinned widely, she felt giddy hearing the word ‘wife’ from Mina.
“…what? how?”
“Nayeon unnie you got married without telling us? How many more secrets do you have, unnie?”
The duo’s visibly upset, and Mina and Nayeon felt bad of course, it was their decision to keep things private since they’re afraid it might expose not only them but also their twins, and it might harm Nayeon’s career.
“Look, you know our industry’s… harsh and for once I wanted to keep things to myself because if no one knows then no one would be able to ruin this, us…” Nayeon tried to reason out.
“It was both our decision to keep this a secret, as private as much as possible since it’s not only us we’re trying to protect”
Momo and Sana looked at them curiously as if asking them what they mean, or what’s happening, or whatever answer they could get from the couple.
Nayeon and Mina looked at each other pondering how to tell them about their daughters, Mina held Nayeon’s waist tightly rubbing her fingers there, calming Nayeon down. She knew her wife might get too emotional.
The room was silent until Mina’s phone started alarming, signaling that it’s time to pick their daughters up from school. This filled Nayeon with excitement, she misses her daughters.
“Come with us for now then we’ll explain later and tell you everything you guys want” Nayeon told the duo and Mina started packing her things, they went out of Mina’s office with their fingers intertwined and Nayeon smiling widely and her feet jumping excitedly, Momo and Sana saw all of this of course, and they see how happy their Nayeon unnie is and followed after the couple.
Momo and Sana didn’t expect that their stop was at a school but here they are now, with their masks on watching children run out of school towards their parents until they heard their unnie giggle, following the couple’s line of sight they see three children walking hand-in-hand, the other one pale as tofu, one with a cute dimple and one taller than the duo and is very pretty for a kid. They watched as the duo sent the tall kid to her parents and they watched as the duo lit up as soon as they noticed the couple in front of them which gave both of them a shock.
“MAMA!!”
“MOMMY!!”
“YOU’RE HERE! YOU’RE HERE!”
“KYAAAAAAAA”
Dahyun and Chaeyoung rushed forward to their mothers, and immediately the both of them are carried by both their moms.
“Mama!” Dahyun exclaimed and showered Nayeon with kisses “You’re here! We missed you!” Nayeon smiled at her and showered Dahyun kisses as well, “I know kiddo, I missed you too!” She brought Dahyun down and took Chaeyoung from Mina’s arms, “baby cub! Mama missed you so much!” Chaeyoung smiled with her dimple which made Nayeon squeal and proceed to shower her with kisses as well.
Oh. Nayeon and Mina got a whole lot of explaining to do, alright.
As soon as Dahyun went down from Nayeon’s hold, she immediately noticed the 2 other persons beside them, filled with curiosity, Dahyun stared at them with her head angled to the side, as if wondering who they were and what are they doing near them and as if sensing Dahyun’s curiosity, Chaeyoung looked at her twin and squirmed from Nayeon’s hold. “Mama, I wanna go down!” Nayeon chuckled and gave Chaeyoung a big kiss before putting her down.
Chaeyoung held her sister’s hand and also looked at the 2 figures before them, she looked at her mothers and saw them quietly laughing with their hands wrapped around each other as they watched them.
Finally, Sana crouched down and meet their eye level, “Hi, I’m your auntie Sana and this is Momo” Sana smiled widely at the twins and the twins looked up to their mothers, silently confirming. Mina nodded and Dahyun immediately smiled brightly “Auntie Sana! I’m Dahyun and this is my twin, Chaeyoungie!”
Chaeyoung waved shyly behind her twin, showing her dimples and Momo followed crouching down to meet their eye level. “Hey! I’m your auntie too!” Momo pouted and Chaeyoung stared at her before slowly making her way towards Momo and gave her a quick hug “Auntie Momo!” Chaeyoung cutely squealed as Momo laughed and carried her.
Dahyun on the other hand giggled as she saw her sister warm up with their new aunties, she looked up to Sana’s eyes and Sana immediately beamed when she saw Dahyun looking straight at her “ah, Dubu! you’re so cute!” Sana tried squeezing her cheeks but Dahyun was fast enough to run and hide behind her mommy which made Sana laugh loudly.
“Satang, quit trying to pinch Dub’s cheeks!” Mina exclaimed while Nayeon coaxed Dahyun into her arms and carried her
“Sana I swear if you make Dahyun cry, I’m gonna strangle you!” Nayeon stated which made Sana stick her tongue out at Nayeon “Blehhhh, I swear I won’t do it again! Can I hold Dahyunie now?” Nayeon rolled her eyes before transferring Dahyun to Sana’s arms.
Mina right away went into Nayeon’s arms as soon as Dahyun transferred which made Nayeon giggle. “Nayeonie let's go home, I’m hungry” Nayeon hummed and have everyone enter her car and drive home.
As soon as they got home, Dahyun’s dragging Sana towards their garden and Chaeyoung still in the arms of Momo, pointing the direction towards their garden as well. Mina and Nayeon chuckled as soon as they see their twins with the duo. “I guess they have their favorites?” Mina asked which made Nayeon laughed “They probably sensed each other’s similarities that’s why”
Momo and Chaeyoung are similar in a way where they’re both artistic and shy at first, always in their own zone but has this goofy side to them while Dahyun and Sana are both outgoing, always oozing with bright smiles and confidence, loud laughs and a secretive side to them. The couple smiled as they thought about the similarities while preparing their dinner, and with them alone in the kitchen Nayeon can’t help but love the feeling of being home with Mina. Mina is her home, Dahyun and Chaeyoung as well.
She wrapped her arms around Mina’s waist and inhaled the scent of her wife, softly whispering “I love you” to Mina’s ears making Mina red and shy, wanting to hide at the crook of her neck. Once Mina is done preparing everything with the struggle of moving because Nayeon is practically stuck to her back, Mina finally turns around and wraps her arms around Nayeon’s neck, staring lovingly at her wife before slowly closing the gap between them. She breathes in between their kiss making Nayeon giggle, giving Mina some quick pecks instead while Mina tries to laugh, bringing her hands to cup on Nayeon’s cheek, staring at her wife smiling widely, “I love you too” and finally closing the small gap between their lips once again.
“Ah! My Eyes!” The couple pulled away as soon as they heard Momo’s scream, laughing as they see Momo and Sana with their eyes closed and trying to cover the eyes of their twins. “Please do that behind closed doors! There are kids here!” Sana scolded them making the twins giggle
“Hey! We are decent! you don’t have to cover your eyes! and let the kids see how much their mothers love each other!” Nayeon answered
“We went in thinking we’ll finally eat only to see the two of you already eating each other!” Momo teased making Mina laugh, “but we barely started!” Mina protested which gave Nayeon a shit eating grin and a shock from Sana “Mitang?!!” My gosh, Nayeon unnie you corrupted her!” Nayeon only stuck her tongue out and proceeded to get the twins to wash their hands and finally eat.
“Okay kids, time to eat!” Nayeon exclaimed, which made Momo, Sana, Dahyun and Chaeyoung cheer. Mina rolled her eyes before stopping the 5 of them from getting their food. She seated herself beside Nayeon after serving the twin’s food on their plate. “What did I tell you before eating?” She eyed the twins and the twins looked at each other, and finally Chaeyoung light up, “Oh! say thank you fiwst?!” Mina smiled, “Good job Chaengie and what else?” Dahyun hummed and raised her hand, “And wait before evewyone is seated and wait for mommy or mama’s go signal befowe eating!” Nayeon and Mina beamed, “That’s right, Dahyunie! Good job! Now, what should Chaengie and Dahyunie do?” Mina asked once again.
Dahyun and Chaeyoung looked around first to check if everyone one is seated, then looked at their mommy and mama for the signal, when Nayeon nodded her head, Dahyun and Chaeyoung clasped their hands and cheerfully thanked for their food making all the adults smile and finally start eating.
Seeing the twin’s behavior, Nayeon can’t help but feel proud of how Mina raised their twins, Nayeon landed a quick peck to Mina’s cheeks and a soft “thank you” before eating which made Mina feel giddy and proceed eating with a soft smile on her face.
The dinner was peaceful, filled with the twin’s stories from their day and Momo and Sana also animatedly telling the twins funny stories which made the twins giggle and laugh.
“Mommy, ish auntie Sana and auntie Momo the only aunties we have?” Chaeyoung asked as they all plopped down their living room.
Nayeon went to them and decided to playfully wrestle Dahyun which made the kids shriek in excitement and Sana and Momo in horror. Nayeon went and placed Dahyun on the couch then picked Chaeyoung up, throwing her then catching her.
“Nayeon istg, if you drop them I’ll be the one to choke slam you” Mina scolded as she settled in their living room as well. “I’m not gonna drop them” Nayeon answered, bringing the twins beside each other and giving them tickles.
When they all calmed down, Nayeon finally answered, “Auntie Sana and Auntie Momo are not the only aunties you have” the twins automatically beamed at her “we have mowe?” Nayeon nodded, “yup! and you’ll meet them soon, okay?” the twins nodded and proceeded to annoy both Momo and Sana which made the duo complain “both your energies are like Nayeon unnie! why didn’t the both of you take after Mina!”
