Summary
All Venti longed for was freedom.
A chance to explore the mystical world of Teyvat and experience the unimaginable. Magical creatures, beautiful sights, enormous treasures, exciting tales, you name it. It was enough to keep the bard awake, lost in his fantasies.
But as Barbatos, the current and only king of Mondstadt, he is bound by a fate and responsibility that he cannot escape from, no matter how much he wishes to.
That is, until a sudden twist of circumstances occurs and Barbatos must now follow a new fate. One which allows him to gain the freedom he so desired as Venti and traverse the lands.
But is it truly freedom when the young king is still bound by his duties as one of the Seven, and on top of that, must now also fight with the lives of those dear to him on the line? With the entirety of Teyvat riding on his shoulders?

Teyvat Kingdom AU where visions still exist but archons are now kings of their respective kingdoms and have slightly different roles. Also the world is altered to fit more of a fantasy kingdom setting.
