Ever since Dick lost his eyesight and was given the robotic eyes courtesy of Dethklok, he’s never seen color the same way. When he first received his implants his vision was a very dull and often staticky green. As the Mordhaus Scientists released more and more updates for his eyes, he was able to see more and more colors, and his vision was clearing up. Recently the scientists gave him thermal vision that was supposed to be a side app alongside his editing eyes. It was like something he’d never seen before even on his wildest hit of acid. Bright neon rainbows painted everything he saw and his entire vision was in High Definition. I was the most beautiful thing he’d seen in a very long time. Of course as with most things the scientist’s created, the add on malfunctioned and the thermal vision took over his sight so it was all he could see until they were able to make a new patch for his vision.
Not that he minded so much. Especially as he sat on the couch with his boyfriend drinking whiskey. William’s face was flushed to beat all hell. He could tell because Will’s once yellowy orange face had turned reddish orange as he laughed heartily at what Dick just said. This honestly was the most beautiful thing he’d ever seen. It even beat out the time he went to the Grand Canyon, or saw the clear waters of the Bahamas. Will’s laugh was clear and pure on his ears. It made his heart race each time he heard it, which was a rarity these days. Seeing William's rainbow silhouette smiling with so much joy made him smile so hard it hurt. Especially when he could clearly see that little gap in William’s teeth he loved so much. “Will you please fucking schtop making that face!” William whined laughing while trying and failing to take another shot of whiskey. The burning liquid refused to go down his throat, spilling back onto the coffee table in front of them. Dick chuckled, swiping the dark blue liquid away with the pad of his thumb. “Be careful you don’t choke there, babe.” Dick muttered, chuckling as William flipped him off. “If I did it would be your fault.” William whined, pouring two more shots. Handing one to Dick, William climbed onto the couch straddling Dick’s hips. Dick laid his hand gently on William’s waist eyeing his boyfriend greedily. William was never so open and fresh with him unless he was in a good mood. It really was a rare treat to get him like this. Watching as his curly haired bassist tossed his drink back and threw the shot glass to the ground, letting it roll around the carpeted floor Dick smirked daring to sneak his hand down William’s thigh. Leaning forward, Murderface caught Dick’s lips with his own, his fingers entangling with his fine blonde hair. The producer moaned and Will slipped his tongue in. He tasted of whiskey and weed. Two of Dicks favorite things besides his boyfriend of course. Kissing down Dick’s cheek to suck at his neck, the blonde took the time to shoot back his own drink. “Dick…” William started in between kisses. Dick hummed, pressing the shot glass to his lips. Pulling the drink into his mouth he felt everything freeze when Murderface spoke again. “Do you honestly think I look… handsome right now?” Looking at William, Dick could see the apprehension written all over his face. William’s face was still a right red but this time it had ebbed down his neck to the top of his chest. William was blushing. Swallowing the drink he never realized he had been holding in his mouth Dick placed his glass down beside him, taking William’s neon red face into his own yellowy green hands. “Baby, you’re the most beautiful person I know. Both inside and out. Willy… if you could just see what I see, you’d never ask that again.” Dick muttered, rubbing William’s cheeks with the pads of his thumbs as the bassist’s eyes brimmed with tears. “Babe?” Dick whispered, hoping he hadn’t struck a nerve in his sensitive boyfriend. Swiping a tear from his eye, William leant down and captured Dick’s lips with his own. “I love you…” He whispered. Knubbler smiled, pulling William’s body close to his own. “I love you too, babe. I always will.”
