Jim T. Kirk finally found himself at Starfleet Academy, it's laughable. The only thing that troubles him is the fact that he's finding he's enjoying it and finally (for once in a long time) struggling to keep up with the amazing work that's going on. It's not only that, that's good in his life but now the older McCoy actually wants to hang out with him. Jim's starting to feel as if his life is falling into place. Classes, friends, smile number twenty-seven and avoiding the half Vulcan on campus. Jim's got it all down, he's just wondering when the next shoe is going to drop. Sequel to To Be Better.
