On a peaceful evening in Shibuya, a girl left the train station in a huff. She had a hurt look on her face, her short hair covering her right eye in uneven layers. As she walked on, thoughts from hours ago echoed in her head. She groaned as she covered her ears, wanting to drown out the angry voices.
"Get out of my head!!! I don't need you anymore!"
She didn't care where she was, just where she was heading. Eventually she calmed down and lowered her hands. But even then, the pain couldn't go away that easily. There was nothing left in her heart than hurt and rage.
"Shut up already!!! Stop talking!"
As she walked on, those same memories from before creeped back in. They overwhelmed her, leaving herself to punch the first thing she saw with a stressful yell. Unfortunately that first thing was a painted wall, making her realize this was Udagawa. She turned away in a huff, the painting reminding her of...THAT.
"Just leave me alone for once!!!"
Of course, who would blame this girl? It was their fault she was like this. Them and their words. She could vividly remember what happened earlier this evening.
"You always look nice. What was even the big deal?"
...
"We'll talk about this later."
"Of course, she gets more attention. It's always about her."
And then, snip. Just that like, she had stormed off, never wanting to see them again. She had to move on with her life, make her own choices without them dictating what she can and can't do. But for now, she thought up an ideal place to stay.
Soon she had found herself outside a house located in Udagawa. She knocked on the door, her fist pounding as hard as she could. After a bit of waiting, a brunette woman answered the door and gasped, recognizing who it was.
"Aren't you-"
But the woman didn't have time to finish. The teenage girl tackled her for a hug, gasping hard as she found herself unable to cry. She was more angry than sad, after all. That hug was nothing more than emotional relief.
"I don't get my parents. Never have, never will."
