Summary
Ring Around The Rosie, ashes, ashes, We All Fall Down!
It starts with a game, the game becomes a war, and the war ends with chaos.
Izuku plays the ring around the Rosie game with his best friend, but with a twist.
He shouldn’t have been surprised when he was left alone in the woods.
It’s one of the memories he could never forget. Even if he had wanted to. He finds that life is a lot like that game he once played.
“Ring-a-ring-a-rosies, A pocket full of posies, ashes, ashes, We all fall down!” (They fall, but the game goes on) “The king has sent his daughter To fetch a pail of water ashes, ashes, We all fall down!” (And so Izuku runs to ‘fetch water’.) “The robin on the steeple Is singing to the people ashes, ashes, We all fall down!” (And so the chosen robin runs away as well, singing on top of a trees) “A ring, a ring o’roses, A pocket full of posies, One for Jack and one for Jim and one for little Moses!” (And so the dead rise and follow the robins song, of who is supposed to tell you where the princess ran off to, having told them the hiding place before hand.)
(Izuku was never found)
The little children’s game quickly turns into his way of life.
