Summary
Xie Lian is one of the last remaining humans in his entire apartment building. After several cruel weeks of trying to survive, he stumbles upon what he thinks would be his final resting place. Without food or water, Xie Lian’s body will slowly die and rot in this lonely apartment.
He spends his last days leaning against a locked door which caged another survivor inside, San Lang. The man on the other side was in a similar situation as him so Xie Lian does everything he can to grant San Lang’s final wish: To be freed.
But when he finally unlocks the door, what he finds is something that devours him whole.
