    Summary

    Geralt is shocked when he manages to save Khassandra from a violent and horrible death. He must assume she isn't human- for no human could have survived the vicious onslaught of a werewolf, especially not an unarmed but passionate Roma woman. Confirming his suspicions, Khassandra's fatal wounds eventually heal and Geralt learns that his job is far from over. In order to complete his newest contract, the infamous Witcher will have to delve deep into Zingaran culture with this new stranger as his guide.
