TW: suicide death murder swearing
The story of the soulsand valley states, that when the great God Pixlriffs made the vigil of death, he linked it to something. A single soulsand valley. So that each time you die, the descended piece of your soul goes there. Finally, when you fully die, you descend and join the rest of your soul. This means that A) you can live full lives, each time, not just the soulless ones, where all you can do is Kill. And B) So that when you truly die, you can live happily with your lovers. Some call it the closest way for mortals to live forever, have immortality. For the final time, peace after a long storm.

Fuck. Lizzie was dead. His die for, his kill for. They'd just confessed love, mere hours ago. Joel believed it was real, he had to in a place as horrible as this. Dammit, the blood lust was back. The constant ticking in his head, and now Lizzie wasn't even there to make it quiet again. But alas, Lizzie would never be there and it would never be quiet again. He just had to hope someone would kill him before he killed an ally. He didn't want to be a traitor, even if it was only to the few allies he had. Accept, maybe he did. Maybe he wanted to destroy everyone's world, just like Bdubz did to him. That was a fair trade. Right?

Perfect. Just brilliant. Now he couldn't even get revenge. At least he was dead though, he didn't deserve to get away with his crime. But Joel was still grieving, and the bloodlust just wasn't going away. That wasn't a good combo, because now Joel had nothing to live for. He did, however, have reasons to die. Because if he died, there was a chance he could see Lizzie again, in the soulsand valley. So since it didn't matter if Joel died now, he would try to kill everyone including Grian. Maybe. Although, he could just give Grian one of his lives, that way he could be a hero. That way Grian could win. Joel didn't want to win anymore, not without Lizzie by his side. Because if Joel won, he could never see Lizzie again. That just wasn’t the life he wanted. Of course, his plan would have to be secret, he was 90% sure Grian didn't want to win. But hey, his self preservation was important.
Now, Joel was wishing on every God he knew ( even Jeremy ) that the soulsand valley was real. That he wasn't dying for nothing. That the noises he used to hear as a child were real. That they weren't just the tricks of a scared child. It not even as if Joel would ever know.
Joel had the command ready. He was ready. ( His hands may have been shaking ) he hoped Grian would enjoy his gifts. That Grian could use that to win the game, for Joel. Lizzie would've wanted him to win. But Joel wanted them to win together. And death seemed more like a win without Lizzie. Joel had never wanted to kill Lizzie, he just wanted her to join him, the first red, who have his wife join him. ( except when he was Boogey ) (( she was just easy to trick then )) He prayed to Donkey Jeremy, to Pixlriffs, when he took his final breaths. Wishing for a better life with Lizzie.

When he woke, he was in a new place. With a strangely similar circle to last life. He recognised all but two of the people. Amongst the crowd of those he knew, there was one who stood out to him. She had pink hair, and he just knew they had been close in a previous world. He hoped they would in this one too.
That was the story of two great lovers, who lived and loved even in a world of death. For death can just as good as life if you wish hard enough. Of course, there were many others in a similar situation, all of them would live forever. In the land of the soulsand valley.
the great God pixlriffs smiled at his creation. He looked up and joined the circle of 11 other people. His job was complete.
