Summary
Spoilers for Wicked: For Good. Fiyero was still alive somehow.
Hmmmm, alive didn't feel like quite the right word. Existing? Sentient? Or animated, perhaps? Yes, that was a good word, animated, but not alive. Alive was for creatures of flesh and blood, of skin and bone that could still bruise and bleed and break.
He was a scarecrow, strung up on a pole. He would not, could not, ever bleed again.
Or: Missing scene fic where Fiyero comes to terms with being a scarecrow and plans to reunite with Elphaba.
