   Summary

   After emerging from Purgatory and parting ways with Benny, Dean is lost. Sam is happy without him, and Dean can’t bring himself to disrupt his brother’s life again by announcing his return. So by day, Dean drives and hunts and drinks too much. By night, he dreams of Benny. He can’t quite bring himself to ask for what he really needs: help, company, and that sense of belonging he’s been searching for his whole life. But when a solo hunt goes wrong, their paths will cross again, and maybe this time Dean won’t let Benny go.
