Summary
After moving to a new town, Chris Dunlap, a military man, comes face-to-face with a strange man who has an unhealthy obsession with him. As the events start to unfold, Chris becomes conflicted with the disturbing and uncontrollable fate that has bestowed upon him. Leading to the burden put on Chris, he then has to decide between his life, his job, and his relationships versus a fate worse than death.
