Winged Riddles

Summary:

Felix Riddle has always been nervous about going to Hogwarts. He was worried about his little sister being left alone while he was at school, and he was afraid of being in Slytherin. But, when he is the most nervous, he finds his beam of light. Kara Wington had a generally normal life. Well, compared to muggles, it was odd, but you know what I mean. But one day, Kara’s whole life turns around, and she needs some darkness to dim the brightness of her life. (Also available on Quotev)

Notes:

Welcome to our first story! I am Marvel, AKA Evie, AKA Carrots, and me and my other friend Aurora made this story based of a roleplay we both made, and I hope you like it. We will be alternating points of view, they'll all be in first person, but each chapter will be our own characters pov. Now I know it's rare for people on here to read OCxOC, so it might not take off, but if you do end up finding this, I hope you enjoy it. More notes at the end.

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

Felicia's POV

I looked at my small son. Soon, he'd have a sister. A beautiful little sister. He was very excited and hopping around the room.

" Felicia, I'm heading out. To pick up the b-i-r-t-h-d-a-y p-r-e-s-e-n-t for Felix.", my husband, Tom, called.

" Daddy, don't go!!! Today I turned two, which means it's my birthday." Felix ( my small son ) said as he ran up to Tom.

" Felix, come here. Daddy will be back soon."

" Ok, Mommy." Felix obediently walked over to me.

I probably would be a depressed woman right now if it weren't for Felix. When I married Tom, I lost my best friend, who was upset about my marrying badly. It wasn't her fault.... I'd turned as awful as my husband. Then, my husband started getting worse and worse. When Felix was born, he finally started treating me properly, but I still loved him.

I looked down and noticed Felix wasn't there anymore.

Felix's POV

I turned into a kitty and ran after Daddy. I wanted to make sure Daddy was being good. Daddy was bad, he hurted people. I kept running and soon we reached this house. I saw a man and a woman with a little guy a bit younger than me playing. I saw an open window, so I climbed in and walked up to the small kid. I heard the door open and freaked out. I ran upstairs and hid under a crib.  The woman ran up after me and placed the boy in the crib. I heard some weird noises and a man falling to the floor. Then, Daddy came in and made the lady fall down. I hissed at Daddy, but it didn't seem that he heard me. I was scared. I was terrified. Nice big word, isn't it? Well, Daddy pointed his weird stick at the boy and I bit Daddy. Daddy didn't seem to notice or even care, but he said dreadful words at the boy. The boy oddly wasn't hurt, but Daddy died. I felt happy. I know I sound like an awful son, but he was a big bully. My dad only wanted power and treated Mommy terribly. As I climbed out from under the crib, I saw a black haired man dragging a  girl through the rubble. She was tiny with black hair and beautiful blue eyes. She looked like a pretty version of the man with nicer eyes.

" I can't take the boy. Marlene, take this bauble and never forget me..... Harry will protect you. If you really need help, find Aunt Narcissa." The man handed the girl a weird object.

As the man left, another man, larger this time, walked up to him and sounded really nice. The dark haired guy offered the nice large dude his bike, and the large dude took the boy with him.

After the dark haired dude left, I was stuck with this crying girl who was so thin you could see right through her. I walked up to her and she immediately smiled.

" Kitty!!", the little girl petted me so nicely.

I purred happily until she turned into an animal herself. She had turned into a tiny black raven. As soon as I saw this, my kitty instincts told me to pounce it. I didn't, but I did run off. The birdy girl landed on me and I brought her towards a scary house as I walked. A black haired lady came out with her blonde son and saw us. She tried to catch me, but couldn't. I ran home as quickly as I could.

As soon as I reached home, the little girl was gone, and I was alone again. The birdy girl had run back to the lady and her son saying that they were her "auntie" and "cousin". I wondered why she didn't want to stay with me, but I rushed up to Mommy for a hug.
