Dear Richard,
You have always been so welcoming, and I’m very grateful for that. You have taken great care of both my brother and myself, and for that I feel as if I owe you a debt.
I know you, you must feel as if my disappearance was at least partially your own fault, and to that I say not in the way you are thinking. You did not drive me out, you did not make me feel unworthy, in fact it was the opposite. The first time you told me that you loved me and you were glad I was part of your family was one of the best days of my life. It still is. The only part you may have played in the reason I needed to run, was that you could not see through my molds. I do not and can never hold that against you, and you should never hold that against yourself. Ask Damian, he can tell you how hard it is to know when I’m using a mold.
I know you’ll probably ignore my message if not blaming yourself, that’s just who you are, you self-sacrificing moron. I need you to know that I care about Dick. You were are an amazing older brother, and I’m so happy that you’re my older brother.
Don’t die while I’m gone, because I promise that one day I’ll visit you.
