Work Text:

Akasuki is Atsushi's and Ryuunosuke's beloved daughter. With medium length hair and heterochromatic eyes, she grew up to be a beauty, an enchantress, but also a menace. A mischievous little girl was slowly growing into her body perfectly, her curves highlighting her features.

At the age of 13 years old, she became a popular muse in her school. Suitors started showing up, enlightening her with their intentions to her. She would always smile, the faux smile she learned from her uncle, Dazai, and walk away. She loved to leave them hanging, she had no interest in men and it would always stay that way.

If only they knew who her father was then they would've left her alone a long time ago. She'll consider it but what mattered at that moment was for her to get out of the trouble she placed upon herself.

Said mischievous little girl was waiting outside the principal office, waiting for her father to talk to the principal. It was seriously not her fault, a girl she didn't even know slapped her out of nowhere and her fight or flight response activated with a blink of an eye.

Atsushi would always be the one to show up whenever the principal calls her parents which she was grateful about, she doesn't know how her other father would react when he finds out that she had been getting into some trouble.

While being lost in her thoughts, the university suddenly became quiet. Too quiet. She chuckled. It reminded him of her mafioso father's presence. How his mere appearance would make people shudder and run away. A chill went down her spine, something was off. She looked down the hallway and there he was, standing in all of his glory, Akutagawa Ryuunosuke.

She knew damn well she would be grounded. She had been in trouble multiple times but the mafioso never heard of it because Atsushi had promised her it would stay between the two of them and it did but maybe, her luck ran out this time.

Ryuunosuke gazed down at her as he came closer. "Stand up," he said gruffly, with a stoic expression in his eyes. He made her turn around, checking for wounds and when he didn't see anything, he made her sit back down.

"Where's the principal?" he questioned, looking straight forward at the principal's office.

"He's inside" she answered with a voice too small for her liking.

Ryuunosuke nodded, with a polite knock on the door as he entered. Akasuki heard a few gasps from the inside, she giggled, "It never gets old".

The school remained silent and it was probably because they were still in the presence of the feared mafioso. Akasuki rubbed her arms to ease the tight feeling in her chest, she was terrified of the outcome.

"Akka!" a familiar voice called out to her, she got up, quick at her feet and ran towards the man, "Pa!"

Atsushi welcomed her in his arms, softly patting her head, "Hey, baby. Are you hurt?" he pulled away to look for wounds, she shook her head, "I'm fine. Dad… Dad's, uhm, in there" she pointed at the principal's office.

Atsushi gazed at the door and motioned for her to sit down. "He was the one who answered the call so he rushed here," he slowly explained to her, "How did he react?"

Akasuki rubbed her neck, "When he came, he was wearing a silent demeanor. He checked me for wounds and when there was none, he went to the office."

"No lecturing, burst of anger or anything?" Atsushi asked, his daughter shook her head in response.

They silently waited for Ryuunosuke to come out of the office. A few moments came by and he stepped out of the office. The principal was shivering in fear as he waved goodbye to the family.

Ryuunosuke looked at Akasuki and then, he took the lead, walking in front of them. Both of them followed suit, staying quiet as they waited for a response.

The mafioso had only decided to break the silence as they walked closer to their parked car. "So, I'm guessing this isn't the first time you've got into trouble," he said coldly, glaring at both of them through half-lidded eyes.

"Yes," Akasuki answered almost immediately out of fear.

"Why'd you have to keep it a secret, hmm?" Ryuunosuke asked with an expression that made them terrified, it was as if one wrong move, he would lash out.

"I—"

"It was my fault" Atsushi cut her off, he reached out for his husband's hand and held it tightly, "I told her that it'll stay between the two of us because I don't want you to deal with more stress."

Ryuunosuke hummed, "Now tell me." he trailed off, causing the two to whine internally in anticipation.

"Who won?" he asked.

Akasuki couldn't process what she heard, "Excuse me?"

"I said, who won? I didn't raise a weakling now, didn't I?" he said proudly, a smirk on his face.

The other two sighed in relief, "Thank goodness" they muttered to each other.

"Yes, dad. I did win — in every fight, I might add" she said proudly, she found it weird to be proud of something like that but she didn't care, as long as her fathers were fine with it.

Ryuunosuke smiled, "That's my girl," he patted her head, "But, you should be careful, okay? If it gets out of hand, your father and I are one call away," he told her, she nodded her head.

"Now, I'm going to treat you to ice cream, sounds good?" he asked.

"Yep!" she replied.

Ryuunosuke then tugged on his husband's hand, pulling him to his side. He pressed a kiss on his forehead and then kissed his hand.

Akasuki grimaced behind them, "Ew, couples"

Needless to say, the Akutagawas had a great family bonding time that evening.
