At all. Even when Dean tried with all his strength.
Dean started to realize his mistake.

“Do you remember…Toni Bevell?”
Dean snorts. “Crumpets and tea in a pantsuit? How could I forget?”
Sam has to tear the words from his throat. “I think she raped me.”
For a second there’s nothing but a terrible silence. Then Dean bursts into laughter. Sam can do nothing but watch as Dean cracks up–not even just giggles, full blown guffaws of mirth.
“Yeah, alright,” Dean snickers. “Now be serious, Sam.”

Summary
His boys are lying on Sam’s bed. Sam has his nose buried in one of his school books and Dean is on his back, dozing. One of Sam’s hands is absentmindedly stroking over Dean’s belly, up and down, up and down. Every now and then, Dean will twitch, a little ticklish still, and one corner of Sam’s lips will tick up into a tiny smirk. He will pet over that same ticklish spot again and again, make Dean writhe, and only stop when Dean whines a quiet plea to stop.
Dogs don’t speak.
God, his boys are weird. Was he ever this strange as a kid? John can’t remember.
