Summary
Supernatural au [inspiration taken from 'The Walking Dead' and the Endverse episode from Supernatural] , featuring a slowburn romance between Dean Winchester and Castiel Novak as they try to keep their camp alive.
The characters are loosely based off of The Walking Dead characters, however obviously the names and backgrounds are slightly different to line up with the Supernatural characters.
So far, I haven't really planned much besides the general plot of season 1, but we'll see where this goes.

This whole fic was inspired by listening to Journey on my walks to the car from work every night. Hence the song titles...
In part two, we see the story told from multiple perspectives as the documentary is filmed.

Cas died. The empty took him quickly and it is taking Dean slowly.
Three months after Dean, Sam, Eileen, Jack, Rowena and Claire find a way that might pull Cas from the edge of the empty but it comes at a price. The grace has to be ripped from Castiel's soul and left behind, the remains of the soul grafted to a human one. No one expects the side effects bonding Dean and Cas together more than ever before.

Ve stejnou dobu ve Stockholmu zmizí Codex Gigas, Ďáblova bible. A na jejích stránkách nejsou jen obrázky a pověsti, ale zaklínadla, která umí ovládat démony a měnit realitu. Všechno do sebe začne zapadat způsobem, ze kterého je na zvracení i bytostem, které běžně pijí krev a říkají tomu práce.
Do Prahy doslova spadne Doctor i se zlobící TARDIS, která se vypíná, protože realita je náhle slepená dohromady jako... chiméra.
Charlie Bradburyová se objeví jako hologram a zkouší udržet aspoň nějaký plán, zatímco Winchesterové letí přes bouři do místa, kde podle všeho začíná první bitva.
Jenže tady nejde jen o jednu knihu a jedno město. Do ulic se tlačí temnota, pekelné intriky, čarodějnice, duchové… a něco, co nemá patřit do žádného světa, protože existuje jen proto, aby je všechny zlomilo.
A uprostřed toho se nachází obyčejná holka, která se stane Osou celé Chiméry.Když se světy prolínají, nevyhraje ten nejsilnější. Vyhraje ten, kdo přijde na to, o čem to celé vlastně je… dřív, než Praha zhasne.

It had been a calm few weeks, bookended by an evening in front of the fire. They'd invited a few of their friends over, relaxing in the library as they shared stories over drinks. Hearing Donna's laugh as Jody recounted a disaster in the kitchen had brought a smile to everyone, more so when Castiel had misunderstood and had cracked them up with his comment.
Sam sighed as he stretched, feeling more relaxed than he could remember in a long time. His head tipped up at the offer of a glass, smiling back at Rowena as she handed it over, gooseflesh erupting along his arm as her fingers brushed over his hand. He adjusted his position on the couch, making space for her, his eyes on her as she curled into the other side of it. It had been months since he'd seen her, and the time hadn't made his longing for her fade, but he was glad that she was here. Her cheeks were rosier, flushed from the drink, and she looked more at peace than he could remember. As much as Sam missed her, he was glad that she was okay. He cleared his throat when he realised she'd caught him watching her, drinking again to cover it.
