Chapter Text
9:00 P.M
Takayra stood on the top of a skyscraper, clinging onto a pillar with high-end soldiers surrounding him. he darted his eyes around the shoulders and found he was surrounded by 20 men. he breathed heavily as he looked below him and saw the deep drop. the drop was about a mile long.
"l-leave me alone," the boy said hugging the pillar tighter. the soldiers then began to close in on him, but slowly.
"leave me alone" Takayra repeated but was more aggressive. the boy was in tears. he didn't want to spend another day at this place.
"come with me, and we'll forget this all happened" a soldier yelled while walking slowly toward Takayra. Takayra tried to step back but he was stopped by the endless fall that awaits him. He then grinded his boots against the gravel to relieve stress.
"Why? just so someone, can hurt me again," Takayra asked with tears in his eyes. he tried to cover the massive wound on his arm with a cloth, but the blood wouldn't stop dripping.
"calm down kid, we aren't gonna hurt you," another guard said pointing his gun toward his.
"liar" Takayra cried as he looked back again.
"why would I go back to a place where I can't do anything, but accept that I'm being tortured." he cried.
"What kind of world is that" he finished.
a guard shot a warning shot only centimeters away from his face, the bullet then cut his face and blood rushed out of it.
"It's this world kid, you can't just do whatever you want, now you better come here, or we're gonna kill ya" the general threatened as the other soldiers raised their weapons. Takayra made up his mind. he'd rather die here than go back to that building.
"Well, goodbye then," Takayra said as he leaned backward.
he closed his eyes and then fell off the skyscraper. soldiers around him tried 5o catch him, but they were a millisecond too late. after 1 second, Takayra 's falling body disappeared into the darkness. he was dead. The soldiers panicked as they realized that they failed to obtain him. only the harshest punishments happen to those who can't finish missions.
suddenly an elevator door opened and a teenage boy walked through it.
"where is he," he asked, he had the name Vincent on his name tag.
"h-he is dead," said a guard after a hesitant pause.
"dead, you say," Vincent said slightly amused.
"I feel sorry for all of you," Vincent said as he turned around and lifted his hand in the air. a blue ball of light formed over the skyscraper and exploded, and all of the soldiers began to suffocate.
” I hope the next batch can follow orders," Vincent said as he turned around and walked back to his elevator. the soldiers died of suffocation, and the bodies disappeared as if nothing happened.
6:23 AM
it was dark and empty. it was what you'd expect from death, but it wasn't. Takayra felt some type of liquid repeatedly meeting against his cheek. it was strange because he thought he was dead. he opened his eyes and noticed that it was a stray cat. It was his first time seeing a cat. he was scared because he didn't know what to do. he wanted to run away. he knew cats have sensitive hearing but he never heard any animal noises.
the cat then approached him and nuzzled its head against his chin. Takayra then decided to pet its fur, but slowly. he then examined his surroundings and noticed he was in a back alley. He was confused as to why he was there, he had no memory of anything. he then looked at his arm with blood still dripping from it. who knows how much blood he lost? Takayra stood up with his legs wobbling.
He was still very weak. he then walked to the nearest street corner to take shelter, even though it was . he sat down to rest his head on the wall when suddenly the sun came up. his heart beat faster as he was afraid of the sunrise
. then a voice broke the silence. Takayra recognized that sound. it was Vincent. he must've traced his blood.
"How dare you?" Vincent snapped. Takayra jumped and turned around, the cat behind him was also startled. Vincent was holding a small handgun and pointed it directly at Takayra's chest. the boy was frightened by the man holding a gun at his chest. vincent then moved the gun to Takayra's head and Takayra fell slowly. his body couldn't hold him up anymore. Takayra's eyes narrowed and he kneeled slowly. he then started breathing heavily.
"How did you survive the fall boy," Vincent asked, demanding an answer. Takayra didn't answer he only wanted to anticipate his death.
"don't wanna speak do you," Vincent said before kneeing Takayra in the stomach and chopping his neck. Takayra flew 3 feet before slamming face-first into the ground. his do-rag fell off revealing the top of his hair. Takayra then held his stomach Inpain coughing violently. blood emerged from his mouth as the blood stained the pavement he was around. he felt like his organs shattered on the impact of Vincent's knee.
Takayra got on all fours as slow as a sloth and tried standing up. he succeeded but he breathed as heavily as ever. he gritted his teeth and lunged toward Vincent with his fist clenched. Vincent moved to the side avoiding Takayra's fist and punching him in his abdomen. Takayra gasped at the unexpected pain of the punch.
"so you can still fight, that's impressive," said Vincent punching Takayra in the face making him stagger backward.
Takayra then recovered then kicked some rocks in the air. he then clenches his fist and the rocks circled him like a shield.
"so you are using the force around your aim field and forcing the rocks around you, very interesting," Vincent said examining Takayra's ability.
Vincent then reached into his jacket. he pulled out a syringe. the syringe had strange writing on it. Vincent then smirked and injected himself with it scaring Takayra and making him worry.
"what are you doing," Takayra said worriedly. Vincent then smirked and posed menacingly. a yellow aura surrounded him. Takayra didn't waste any time and using his force power, he repelled the rocks and shot them toward Vincent.
vincent opened his left eye wide and the rocks fell to the ground like they were dropped.
"w-what," Takayra said astonished. Vincent then dashed behind Takayra in a split second Takayra didn't notice until Vincent kneed him in the back making him fly a great distance. Vincent then appeared in front of Takayra and used all of his power and punched him in the stomach. his fist was indented in his stomach and punched him so hard it sent shockwaves through the earth.
Takayra fell back and landed back first on the ground he slammed into the ground so hard that there was a large crater behind him and most of the buildings around him crumbled and were about to topple over. Vincent took note of this and decided to leave Takayra here. Takayra would definitely die.
"I was trying to help you Takayra, but it seems you want to die, so I'll see ya" Vincent then walked away from the alley with his hands in his pockets. the buildings began to rumble and they collapse they fell inward and fell straight for Takayra. the rubble of the buildings was slamming on the ground
near where he lay. Takayra screamed in agony. He felt the pain worse than he felt it the first time it happened. He looked up and saw Vincent disappearing from the alley.
He closed his eyes tightly trying to stop crying from the pain. He knew this was the end. his powers shut down and he passed out. he didn't have any strength left.
the buildings fell violently covering Takayra's body. they piled on top of him leaving only a little bit of space between the rubble and him. he was completely buried and crushed under tons of rocks.
Takayra's last vision was Vincent smiling at him.
PART II
8:21 PM
Takayra slowly opened his eyes. he was in a bed. it was soft and fluffy, he never had a bed this soft before. he looked at his arm and it wasn't hurting, it was only bandaged, and all his internal injuries seem like they disappeared. strangely he was in a tank top and black shorts with white socks.
he felt really comfortable and relaxed.
the bed sheets were very soft and he felt so calm. a tear slid out of his eye but he quickly wiped it. he looked at his room and it was very big and luxurious. his heart sank because he wasn't sure if he would be able to walk yet.
"Hello?" Takayra called out loud since he didn't know if the room has a speaker or something. There was no reply.
After another 10 minutes of waiting he decided to get out of bed, which he did reluctantly. the moment his feet touched the floor his knees buckled. he almost slipped but caught himself.
the floor was slippery. he went to go explore the house. it looked average, maybe even above average as he walked through the hallways. There were 4 rooms. 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, and a kitchen. and a downstairs living room. 1st Takayra checked the living room. it was just like one could imagine. it had 2 couches, a tv, and a bookshelf filled with various objects. he sat on a couch and noticed its softness. he then lay on the couch peacefully.
"is this, a couch," he asked himself. he then slowly got up and explored the rest of the house. he entered the last room, a kitchen.
It was just as big as the other room, but it was less spacious. The appliances were white and silver, and the stove, microwave, and oven were all white and silver.
He opened the refrigerator and was surprised to find the whole thing filled with food.
he left the kitchen then walked back to the living room and watched TV. after an hour he heard rattling on the door. he got scared and got a knife from the kitchen. the door opens and he lunges to the door with the knife pointed away from him. he was practically moving at light speed. the one standing at the door was a girl with red hair tied in twin tails. the knife suddenly disappeared out of the boy's hands and landed on the couch. Takayra was dumbfounded.
"you shouldn't be up this early," the girl said kneeling to his height. she pulled something out of her bag and handed him a stuffed animal.
"here is a gift," she said giving it to him. it was a polar bear. he slowly reached for it, not trusting the girl. she looked 18 years old and dressed revealingly, only having bandages around her breasts and a thigh-length black skirt. she also had a black jacket over her shoulders.
Takayra took the polar bear and hugged it. the girl then pulled out his glasses from her bag, they looked brand new. he happily took them which made the girl smile.
"w-who are you," Takayra said tilting his head curiously making awaki blush at the boy.
"w-who me, I-am Awaki Musujime," she said awkwardly rubbing her head and looking away from him.
Takayra went up and hugged Awaki, making her blush even harder.
"thank you," he said. Takayra disembarked from the hug.
"what am I doing here," he asked.
Awaki stood up and took off her jacket revealing lots of skin making Takayra blush slightly.
"I found you under rubble I didn't know how else to help you than to kidnap, i-im mean take you into my house," Awaki said falling over her words. Takayra just smiled and thanked Awaki again.
"what's your name little one," Awaki asked.
Takayra took off his do-rag and held it near his small chest.
"I'm Takayra Vandai," he said nervously. his nervous action made Awaki blush again, she was clearly in love with the boy.
"you have such a cute name," she said as she kneeled to him again.
"do you think so, my friends said it was horrible," Takayra said depressed. Awaki put her hand on his shoulder and smiled.
"then they aren't your friends if they don't make you feel good," she said winking at him. he smiled back at her and winked back.
hey Awaki, I usually take a bath before I eat and sleep, can I do so? Awaki being the degenerate she is was thinking about how he would look. she then began blushing.
"s-sure, but do you need me to wash your beautiful caramel-colored skin," she said drooling. Takayra wasn't understanding what she was doing.
"I think I can wash myself," he said. Awaki sighed and smiled.
"I'll cook something while your cleaning yourself okay" she said. Takayra nodded and walked toward the bathroom with new house clothes in his arms. Awaki sighed heavenly as he walked away. she went to the kitchen and tried to make something, she hasn't cooked a dish in her entire life, and she still can't cook, but she tried her best.
while bathing Takayra heard pots and pans falling, he also heard Awaki yelling in pain and anguish. he then knew that she wasn't a very good cook. he hurried and took his bath and put in his new black tank top and black shorts with white socks and ran out of the bathroom. he saw the mess before him.
"oh hey Takayra," Awaki said sitting on the floor with a bowl of cracked eggs above her head. Takayra stood there for a second then smiled.
"Don't worry Awaki, I'll cook. take your shower and food should be ready" Takayra said helping her up. Awaki walked to the bathroom looking defeated.
"I'm a vegetarian by the way," Awaki said with her head low.
Awaki took a shower letting the warm water wash the food off her skin. she was out in 7 minutes. she got out with a shirt and knee-length shorts. she saw the food on the table. it was the best-looking vegetable stew she'd seen.
"oh hey Awaki let's eat". he said waving at her. they say down and ate all of the Vegetable stew. apparently, Takayra was an excellent cook.
after they are done, they brushed their teeth together. Awaki weirdly even tried to get him to use her toothbrush. he politely refused because he bought his own. after they brushed their teeth Awaki sat on the couch to watch TV until her bedtime at 10:00. Takayra had a comb in his hands. and sat in Awaki's lap once again making her blush.
"my grandma always used to brush and comb my hair before bedtime, can you comb it," he asked innocently. Awaki couldn't say no, she grabbed the comb and gently ran it through his silky long black hair. she then slyly ran her hand through his hair. smiling at the touch of his smooth hair. they watched TV while having a great time. he. got sleepy while she was combing.
"you're the best Awaki" Takayra said turning around and laying on her chest. Awaki blushed yet another time. Takayra closed his eyes slowly and he fell asleep in her arms. he looked so innocent, adorable, and pure. She thought about his past, how sad and weak he must've been. but now he was safe and happy. she looked at his peaceful sleeping face and smiled.
"Welcome to your new life Takayra," she said as she carried him to her bed.
she laid the boy in the bed and laid down next to him. she cuddled the boy into her chest.
"night Takayra" she whispered softly. she closed her eyes and fell asleep.
*Awaki is one creepy teleporter*
