“Beeee still, and… open!”
Wade Duck did as requested, he later gasped and then squealed, as he started to flap his wings.
Roy Rooster had just finished applying some makeup on his duck, adding on eyeliner and lipstick as bonus. The duck wanted to go all out for today.
It was their short summer break, and the two wanted to relax, but also have a day just for themselves. A nice, little day.
Wade stood up.
“You ready to go Roy?”
“Oh, hell yeah I am!”
Wade chuckled. The two had walked out of their roost.
“Oh! Forgot something.”
He ran back inside and upstairs to grab a green duffel bag, specially made for Roy.
It was the summertime, but Roy had still gotten cold quite often outside. Yes, even at the current weather that day, around 75-80 degrees.
Therefore, Wade created a bag containing lighter clothing like simple shorts and a t-shirt, along with bottles of water in case the rooster would get overheated.
He was quite protective of his beloved rooster.
This would also explain why Roy was wearing a faux fur coat on top of a tuxedo that Wade gifted him for Christmas. Wade was wearing a quilted jacket on top of a matching pink and orange patterned sweater and mini skirt.
He had raced back down and went outside again.
“Oh yeah, the duffel bag.”
“Yep, for you, my love.”
“Have I mentioned yet how much of a cutie you look today?”
Wade started blushing so hard, he could barely even look at Roy.
“And you look um… hot!”
“I’ll be feeling hot too!”
The two simply laughed.
They had walked down, left the barn, and started to hold hands, before being greeted by Lanolin.
She couldn’t stop howling with laughter, she had barely seen them in what seemed to be their 175,000 previous dates, so encountering them dressed like… that shocked her so much.
“You feather duster, w-why are you looking like that, no one is taking THAT seriously!”
“Why you…”
“Roy, don’t.” Wade had dragged him off from the annoying ewe.
“I will not let that abrasive chick ruin our day! It’s her problem she doesn’t understand how sexy you look!”
“HAHHH!” Lanolin had rolled on the ground, and started to cry laughing, and gag, once she heard Wade’s response.
“Okay then! Go ahead! Say that!”
Roy had started up the couple’s car, a Nissan Versa, flipping her off secretly.
Roy let out one last tired breath.
“Thank you.”
“Anything for you, darling.”
The two kissed quickly and drove off to a local diner, they didn’t do too much there except share a milkshake and constantly complement each other. Hell, they even started to argue over who looked prettier. Wade obviously won cause he’ll do anything to shove the fact that Roy’s sexy as hell to his face.
The real fun occurred when the two drove off to their local fair, which had just opened for the season.
The lovebirds quickly ran out of their car, they couldn’t wait any longer.
“Okay, but here’s the deal, we can’t ride any coasters! You know how I am with them!”
Roy rolled his eyes.
“Yes, Wade, I know how you are! You told me there just now, and when we were in the car, and before we left, and when we set up this date!”
“Oh. Well, good. What do you wanna start with, honey?”
“Whatever we find”, he shrugged.
Wade just kept his smile intact.
The two birds went back to holding hands before receiving more looks from crowds at the fair. It wasn’t unusual to gain them, most still were weirded out mainly at Wade’s crossdressing, but also at Roy wearing considerably hot clothing during the SUMMERTIME of all events. But again, Wade wasn’t having their day ruined to shreds.
They moved on to a candy pop-up store, and entered inside.
Roy had ordered himself a pack of peanuts, while Wade had ordered a simple lollipop, then looked at Roy and gave him a automatic seductive look while starting to suck and lick on it slowly, his tongue completely visible.
“Wade. Stop. You are embarrassing us!” He asked softly.
“Oh Roy…” He moaned in his seductive voice. “Why? Is it turning you on daddy?”
“Quit. It.” Roy grunted.
When the two had left the store, Roy had never felt any more humiliated.
“So did I?”
“I’m not getting horny in a candy store, ducky.”
Wade snickered. Admittedly, it was cute seeing Roy in that mood.
The two had played around throughout the night. The best part, however, was Roy attempting to beat an ordinary carnival basketball game. He had grunted yet again, before shooting a complete slam dunk into the tiny hoop, winning a chicken plush that Wade begged for, only cause it looked identical enough to Roy. He started to congratulate him like a hen would.
“Roy! That was masculine of you with what you did!”
“Okay, it wasn’t that great!”
“It was stunning!”
They had finally reached the Ferris wheel. It instantly became their cuddling spot for hours once they entered.
From them getting intimate and making out, to Wade being in Roy’s arms, and then to him falling asleep on Roy’s shoulder before being woken up after a good 3 hours on the ride.
They walked back into their car, raining.
“Oh no, Roy! Gah, what are we gonna do?”
Roy had grabbed Wade’s duffel bag, opened the umbrella contained in it, and raised it up to cover the two of them, preventing as much rain from touching them.
After grabbing a couple lattes and making it back safely around 1:15AM, the two were about to leave their vehicle when Kali Uchis’ telepatía started to come on their radio, they had entered out, and started to slow dance with each other.
They hadn’t had the most perfect day in the world, but this was their moment. They danced and danced most intensely until the song finished and the usual radio jingle appeared.
They had walked back inside their roost, hopped onto their bed, and snuggled with each other, quickly going to sleep after.
“I love you so much, Roy. I’m so pleased to have you around.”
“I love you too, my little ducky.”

Over at Lanolin’s, the fun was just getting started. She was still laughing so hard at the lovebirds, but only was doing so more when she saw them dancing in the rain outside of the car, she started to record them with her phone immediately after noticing it. Bo had woke up from his couch, rubbing his eyes.
“Like, sis, what’s so funny?”
“Bo, oh my god! You gotta see this!”
“Okay, fine, sis, like I’ll watch it, I guess.”
He had walked up to the window, and started to watch the two adult birds dance. Waiting a second later, “Is it not the funniest thing ever?”, Lanolin asked.
Bo didn’t initially say anything, but started to howl loudly as well, he didn’t like the fact he was doing such, but it was just too funny and embarrassing not to.
The two would roar in hysterical laughter for the rest of the evening.
