"A few months are left for our graduation , Hyung." Jungkook said , excitement seeping his voice.
"I hope they go easy on us with the Graduation project." Jimin muttered sadly.
"Hyung ! Where are your spirits ?" Jungkook nudged Jimin with his elbow.
" I lost them years ago , I don't know what hit my head before I registered in Psychology." Jimin facepalmed.
"I can't agree more hyung, you should have joined the auditions of IZ entertainment." Jungkook agreed.
"Well, I couldn't leave you alone Kookie. Also , Psychology isn't that bad." Jimin admitted shyly.
"And I'm so glad you're with me , hyung. I don't know what I would've done if you weren't by my side." Jungkook squeezed his hand fondly.
"I promised your parents to take care of you...and also you're my childhood bestfriend....I'm doing this willingly..."Jimin replied to him with total adorement.
Since childhood , Jimin suppressed his feelings towards the younger. At first it was uncertainty, then sureness, then he was afraid of losing his dongsaeng if he confessed. He couldn't just risk their 26 years of friendship just for his stupid feelings.
Life doesn't go the way you want it to. Jimin's feelings hopelessly grew over the years....It wasn't just a crush or liking...he totally adored Jungkook...
Unfortunately, Jungkook didn't return his feelings. He loved his hyung but he was straight. Can you blame him? No . He had a crush on their classmate Han Hera.
Hera was unmistakably perfect with all the word's meaning. But the girl wasn't interested in dating anyone. Countless incidents of getting rejected and heartbroken. You can't blame her too , she just isn't interested.
Heartbroken was an understatement to what Jimin felt after Jungkook told him about his crush on Hera. He supported him with all the meanings the word held.
"Minnie ! Cut the crap already ! The first lecture is about to start !" Jungkook yelled and snapped Jimin out of his deep thoughts , thankfully.
"Sorry....let's go." Jimin mumbled with embarrassment only to be pulled by Jungkook to the lecture hall.
"I suppose we already know each other so let's skip the introductions. So this year is an exceptional year. All majors in all universities are having the same graduation project. It may appear to be easy but it actually isn't. Your project is to do a research about the possible changes will occur in the world by 2500. You can use all legal sources and your theories as long as it is based on scientific facts. You have 6 months to finish it and it's too much for such a simple project." Namjoon said as if was the easiest thing in the world.
"Uhm...Any questions?" Namjoon asked with confusion , jaws were dropped all around the hall.
An uncomfortable silence taking over the place.
"I guess everyone is okay then. Good luck !" Namjoon said and grabbed his things and went away.
"Is he for real????" Jimin almost screamed in frustration.
"This is amazing!!" Jungkook yelled.
"Amazing in the worst way . Goddamit !!" Jimin clutched his hair in despair.
"C'mon man. It's not that bad." Jungkook nudged him softly with his elbow.
"How in the world are we going to expect what's going to happen in the next 476 years." Jimin slammed his head into the table.
"It's 2024 , Hyung ! Everything is on the K-ternet. We won't be reading psychology all day and won't be camping at the library the whole month." Jungkook sighed in relief.
"Jungkook , if it was something about the past it would have been a piece of cake . However , the future???!! Nooo bro , it's not that easy at all. And it's also our graduation project , it has to be the best or it will be rejected...and we will have to you will retake this year again..Ugh!! It's so complicated !!" Jimin yelled in frustration.
"Don't be so hard on yourself, Jiminie. You are always the best , okay? I bet this project will be taken for measurements of a country project. It will be something historical. We're helping the government and I know they will be giving awards for the best projects." Jungkook stated
"Okay...fine... Let's get going..." Jimin gathered his things and huffed and went away , Jungkook quickly catching up with him.
On the next chapter:
"Is this...a bubble?" Jimin asked Jungkook.
"I wonder , what will happen if I moved this lollipop like thing?" Jungkook's eyes widened with wonder.
"Jungkook, I don't think it's a good id--" Jimin was cut off by the blue clouds engulfing the bubble which closed around them , then he lost conciousness.
