Tsukasa sighs as he sat down on the nearby bench. He was in the middle of thinking about what he should do to the new recruits who doesn't think of their idol work seriously and only joined Knights because of their image.
He looked up as he saw a very familiar face. A blond boy suddenly stopped his train of thought. “Is it okay for Sora to sit beside Tsuka-chan?”
“Tsuka-chan must be so tired, isn't he? Sora had seen you sigh for 14 times already.” That is true, Tsukasa thought. But he can't help it, the stress have been piling up to him lately and he's running out of ideas on how to handle them all at once. He's afraid that he may break if he doesn't stop but he also doesn't want to rely on others regarding to his personal matters.
Tsukasa immediately sit up straight and composed himself. “How undignified of me.” He said smiling. Trying to put a strong facade for the other even though he thought that it may be useless considering that Sora might know what his true emotion is. “To think that you had to see my vulnerable self is extremely foolish for someone who vowed an oath to protect the weak.”
Sora giggles. “There is nothing wrong with that, you know. Tsuka-chan has been so busy managing Knights' new recruits to the point that he doesn't have any time to rest.” The blond boy happily answers. It feels like the surroundings suddenly got brighter, is he the personification of sunshine? “But it's okay now because Sora is here to cheer Tsuka-chan up!”
“Your presence is enough to ease my stress. But if I may be bold enough, can I rest my head on your shoulder?” Tsukasa said bashfully, even slightly blushing.
“Of course! If that will help Tsuka-chan then Sora will gladly oblige.”
Tsukasa rested his head on Sora's shoulder while the other plays with his hand.
Being caught in the moment, Tsukasa decided to drop his guard since no one can see his miserable state aside from Sora. “Tsukasa is sorry for being unsightly infront of Harukawa-kun.” He childishly whines as he pouts.
“Like Sora said a while ago, he doesn't mind. So just get plenty of energy because you promised Sora that we will go to the amusement park, right?”
“Yes, I did recall promising to go with you in the amusement park but what is the reason again?”
“No reason at all! Sora just wants to go with Tsuka-chan there so he can relax and take a break even just for a day.”
Sora's reply made Tsukasa blush. He buried his face on Sora's shoulder even more to hide his embarrassment. Tsukasa is thinking if he really deserves to be shown a kindness like this.
“Tsuka-chan, did Sora say something wrong?”
“No, I'm just glad to have a very sweet friend like you.”
“Really? Then Sora is the happiest person in the world because he succeed in making Tsuka-chan happy.” Seriously, why does everything the blond do make his heart beat like crazy. He doesn't know what is this feeling.
They stayed like that for a moment observing the surroundings. Oh what a beautiful day, if only it's always this peaceful. Suddenly, Tsukasa remember something “Harukawa-kun.”
“Yes, Tsuka-chan?”
“Won't it be too exhausting for you to go to a place such as an amusement park? There are plenty of people there.” Tsukasa knows that it would be too much for Sora since the latter has synesthesia. He doesn't want the other to feel uncomfortable knowing that he's doing that for him.
“Don't worry, Sora made sure that there won't be many people at this hour so he will be alright. Also, Hina-chan said that there are so many exciting rides there so Sora wants to try that with Tsuka-chan.”
With this, Tsukasa gave Sora a sincere smile which the latter gladly reciprocated. Eagerly anticipating their trip hoping that they'll be able to enjoy their hearts to the fullest.
