Summary
Volkner’s world is slowly but surely spiraling downward, the days growing numb and bleak. His typical coping with renovations and cigs aren’t doing justice anymore, and the thoughts are like static in his head. One step leads to another, and that may lead him to the Sunyshore Lighthouse more often than he’d like.
This is an extremely dark-fic that explores depression, mental health issues, self-harm and suicide. It has a brighter ending, but it’s not without trial to get there. Those that are sensitive to these topics are better to skip this fic.
