You're mine (please let me go)

Summary:

“Everything will be okay.” Izuku, the vigilante, startled as a voice behind him spoke. The voice being gruff and low. Izuku tried to speak; however, before he could open his mouth, it was blocked by a large hand resting firmly but gently on it, silencing him.

He just wanted to go on another nightly patrol, just like he always did when he couldn't fall asleep. He should've just went home as soon as he had the feeling of being watched. He knew he should've trusted his gut and ran. But he didn't, and now this is where it took him. Damn him and his stupidity.

“You’ll be safe with me.” The voice continued as Izuku started to struggle, trying to break free of the man’s hold on him, tears prickling in his eyes. He was tightly pressed against the man’s chest and held firmly by his strong arms.

Chapter 1: The beginning

Chapter Text

What will his mom think when she doesn't find him? Will she be scared? Will she call the police? Will they even do anything about a quirkless Deku like him going missing?

Before he could do anything else to attempt to reach freedom, he smelled something sweet, and was soon met with darkness.

Izuku woke up in his bed, or at least that was what he thought. He seemed warmer than usual and his bed was softer and more comfortable than he was used to, but hey, he wasn't complaining. Izuku slowly opened his eyes and tried to rub at them to remove the sleepiness, but quickly found that he couldn't move his arms. His eyes snapped fully open and he sat upright, cursing himself lightly in his head as he was met with a pounding headache.

Izuku quickly looked down at his arms to find that they were cuffed behind his back in an uncomfortable position, making them bend weird and feel numb. He tried to break free of the cuffs, but they wouldn't budge and instead made his hands hurt from the metal slamming into them. Izuku panicked. What was happening? Why was he cuffed?

Suddenly, Izuku realized that he was still wearing his vigilante uniform. That revelation made the memories from last night come rushing in. Right, he couldn't fall asleep, so he decided that it was a good time to patrol. He put on his vigilante gear and left, making sure to not wake his mom up. He was in the middle of running around when he felt like he was being watched, however, he brushed it off. He felt the annoying feeling for an entire week now, so he was just assuming it was paranoia. However, then he was suddenly held in a tight hold.. and... and...

Izuku started to panic more. Was he kidnapped? He didn't have any enemies, he only dealt with low time thugs and stuff he could handle, not any big organization which could get him kidnapped for revenge. Izuku pulled his eyes away to look at the room he was in. It was completely unfamiliar, it was quite large, with light grey walls and nothing more than a bed that he was on. At the other side of the room, there was a window with the blinds closed. He could see the start of a sunrise shine though the closed curtains, which gave Izuku a visual on what time it was.

Not having anymore time to think or panic, the door that was in front of him opened. His eyes snapped to the person in the doorway. He was met with a tall man, long dark hair, dark clothes and a grey scarf resting on his shoulders. The man was unfamiliar, but God was he intimidating. His white eyes rested lazily on Izuku, who was shaking and curling in on himself.

Was this his kidnapper? What did he want with Izuku? How does he even know Izuku??

Many questions bombarded Izuku's mind, but they all halted and he froze as the man closed the door behind him and walked towards Izuku with a calm and oddly soft expression on his face. Out of a nervous habit, Izuku started to bite his lower lip, suddenly feeling very exposed and vulnerable. He was now also painfully aware that he wasn't wearing his mask, which was just the icing on the cake.

The man that was now next to Izuku slightly scowled, and gently placed his hand on Izuku's cheek. He felt his body jerk back, but the man's hand didn't move, instead, he tapped his lip with his thumb.

"Don't do that, you'll hurt yourself." The man said and Izuku, scared of what would happened if he disobeyed the villain, which on closer exception had large knives attached to what looked like a utility belt, let go of his lip. The man stopped scowling and lightly smiled. "Good boy." He approved and let go of the boy's cheek.

"W-why.. Who-who are you?" Izuku stuttered, trying to scoot away from the intimidating man. He was met with a cold wall to his back, wincing as he was reminded of the headache.

The man hummed and placed his hand on Izuku's head. "Does your head hurt?" The man asked, pointedly ignoring his question. Izuku tried to unsuccessfully move his head so the man wouldn't be touching it anymore.

"Wh-who a-are you?! Why- Wha-what do you wa-want?" Izuku yelled, trying to look and sound confident. Instead of the desired effect Izuku had in mind, the man chuckled darkly, which sent a cold shiver down Izuku's spine.

"Call me Shota, Izuku." Shota responded, making Izuku flinch. How did the man know his name?! Where did he get that information?! As if reading Izuku's mind, he raised an eyebrow in a mocking gesture.

"Confused on why I know your name? I know a lot about you, Midoriya Izuku, I was looking for you, watching you." Izuku stiffened. "When I first saw you, you reminded me of a little kitten. Weak and fragile, yet still hissing and showing your claws at those who threaten you. I like kittens like you." Shota continued. Izuku felt scared, more scared than before. What was the man getting at? "I knew that you'll be mine, kit. My son." The man added and grinned.

His son?! What is that supposed to mean? Did he want to be Izuku's father? But why? He didn't know the man, but the man seemed to know him which was scary to even think about. Izuku started to feel scared and anxious, the hand that was still resting on his head seemingly weighing more than before. The room seemed to blur and he started to struggle to breathe. Izuku felt his heart beat violently against his chest. Tears prickled in his eyes. What was happening? Was he having a heart attack?

The man, that was now just a black blob, seemed to get smaller and Izuku heard a soft voice right in his ear. He couldn't recognize what the voice was saying, so he tried his best to focus on it, as he did, he started to hear a count down, soon realizing that it was a breathing pattern. Needing to breathe, Izuku mindlessly followed the numbers.

"C..me on, ..t. In 1, 2, .. , 4, 5. Ho.., 1, 2, .. , 4, 5. ..ut, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Good job kit, just like that. In for 5, hold for 5 and out for 7." The man said, rubbing circles on Izuku's back slowly. It would've been calming, that is, if he wasn't Izuku's kidnapper. Feeling much better and getting his breathing in control, Izuku looked at the man once more.

"Let me go!" Izuku shouted, not stuttering for the first time since meeting Shota. He didn't want to be here with this crazy man, he wanted to go back home, back to his mom. Not in the hands of some weird villain that wanted him as his son.

"I can't do that kit, not until you understand who you belong to." The man said coldy. Izuku started to try to break free of the cuffs. If he could just get out, he could quickly bolt through the unlocked door. His legs were free, but he still needed his arms to open the door. He started to analyze in his head about how exactly he could escape, but by struggling against the cuffs, the only thing he accomplished was pain on his wrists and an amused smile from his kidnapper.

"Don't try to struggle; it won't do you any good." The man said. Shota then grabbed Izuku's forearm firmly. "I will undo the cuffs and treat the wounds you now have on your wrists from you struggling while you were asleep. Don't try to escape, if you do, I'll have to break your legs to prevent that from happening, and neither one of us want that, now do we?" Shota asked, looking Izuku in the eyes. Knowing he was waiting for a response, Izuku huffed. He knew that he wouldn't be able to escape like this, not with the threat and not with the hand on his forearm holding him.

The man seemed to take his response, as he put in a combination in the cuffs, releasing them from Izuku's hands. Finally free, his arms ached in relief as he gathered them in a comfortable and natural position. Now that he could see his wrists, he saw that they were, in fact, damaged. First thing he noticed was that the exact place where the cuffs were placed were raw of skin and were lightly bleeding and the skin around it was irritated. Soon, a large hand took one of his. He flinched and tried to take his hand away, however the man held tighter.

"Hold still, this may hurt a bit." The man informed. Out of his pocket, the man took our wound disinfectant and bandages, which he placed on the bed next to Izuku. Taking the disinfectant, he sprayed the wounds. Izuku hissed from the pain. Shota ignored the boy and waited for the disinfectant to soak in before he rapped some bandages around Izuku's wrist. Afterwards, he released Izuku's hand and moved on to his other one, repeating the process. Izuku had no choice but to wait patiently until his other hand was released. Shota put away the items back in his pocket.

Shota then took the cuffs and Izuku tensed, pulling his arms away from Shota and looking at the item with distrust. Shota noticed this behavior and raised an eyebrow at Izuku.

"I won't put the cuffs back on, however, don't take this as an opportunity to try something, I will know and the cuffs will be back on your wrists, understood?" Shota said in a stern tone, holding the cuffs and looking Izuku dead in the eyes. Izuku nodded quickly. Satisfied, Shota put the cuffs in his pocket along with the rest of the items.

"Good. I'll leave you alone for now, but I'll come back soon." Shota said, gently ruffling Izuku's hair and leaving out the door. Izuku heard the door being locked and the footsteps from the other side fading.

Izuku rubbed gently at his wrists before fixing his ruffled hair and standing up. He started to quietly walk around and inspect everything in the room, quickly coming up to the window and opening the blinds.

Any thoughts of escaping though the window quickly faded his mind as he realized he was at least 6 stories up, he could see almost everything up here! The house he was in looked like a privately owned land with multiple cars parked near the house. There were large trees surrounding it, which, honestly looked quite nice. What he soon realized was that this house wasn't in the city, it was in the middle of nowhere. There were no buildings around, there weren't any stores or build boards or even houses that you'd normally see.

The window was also seemingly locked shut, with a place for a small key near it. He didn't try to open it, for one, he knew it wouldn't work and it was also pointless since he was so high up! He closed the blinds again and went back to the bed, sitting down. Izuku started to form plans around how he could potentially escape when his thoughts were cut short by a sound of footsteps approaching the door.
