Summary
Henry and Rebecca meet in 2003. Rebecca is determined to lose her virginity before her holiday is over.
They spend a few days together in Venice before a family emergency forces her to unexpectedly return to the USA. Because real names were not used, they have no idea how to find each other, and so go on with their lives.
Fast forward to 2023. Henry is now famous and is doing promotion for the Venice Simplon Orient Express, the train he and Rebecca met on 20 years previous.
Rebecca is now a freelance photographer for travel and architecture magazines. She has no idea who Henry is, as she was too busy travelling the world to pay attention to celebrities/movies. She’s also had a lot of loss and trauma in the last twenty years.
They meet again, and Henry has to convince her she is worthy of love.
