I didn’t think, you would be someone that would be important within my soul
Before you came into my soul, it felt empty
And burdenless.
Suddenly, a bright light came.
You, the light that sparked within my soul, I didn’t know it, back then.
Like, a rose, once planted into my seeds, the ground, my heart
Started to blossom, even though we faltered, from the start.
Though, I started to lose those thoughts, from within you.
I had realized, you started to fade from my heart.
Soon enough, I realized your heart was nowhere, near my heart.
The ground had shattered, my start towards departure.
Those failures, started to fall and creep, shattered, tore me apart.
Myself- liability, the actions I did, burned my core, forever more,
truly, eats myself, within.
Please, from the bottom of my heart, be truthful of who you are
Pretending, from the start
Will lose you, and how I view, my identity towards you,
The you, who is before me
Must be two separate identities,
As I come to picture, who the “you” I see, truthfully
Does not reflect, my heart’s identity
For you, whom I viewed, with honesty, dignity.
A free soul, who had a spark within the eyes of starlight,
An smile, who shone brighter than the dusk of night,
Passionate, from the eyes, to the sea
Resonated, of who you are to me.
Curious, musterting forward with hardships at bay,
As if serenity, had a say,
All it’s worth, on an midsummer’s night,
Light within its way, in twilight's embrace.
Falling down, as child’s play
Only, can fill my heart with grace,
As I, my thoughts, enter space,
Only to realize, I was with hidden disgrace
Naievity, resulted, within my displays.
There are no words, for my says,
Only mustering in failure’s amongst days,
As to how I acted, my regret sways.
