Summary
When Neuvillette received the invitation from the Hydro Archon to visit Fontaine and meet her much-loved humans, he considered it a joke. The goddess's persistence, however, made the ancient Sovereign agree to trade a few days of his seclusion for a bit of peace for himself and his Melusines.
Upon arriving, Neuvillette had no idea that coexisting with her and her unique way of governing would be able to change his perspective on this new world, forging an unexpected and lasting friendship.

Summary
“Sweetness is just a mask,” the Wanderer explained. “Something to make the ugly truth easier to stomach. Bitterness is real. It tells no white lies or black lies. And not only that—it’s perfectly consistent too. Bitter tea leaves no sweet aftertaste.”
Hearing his words, an idea popped into Furina’s head. A smile tugged at the corners of her lips.
“Bitter tea leaves no sweet aftertaste?” she repeated, clutching the macaron she tasted.
“Correct,” the Wanderer said decidedly. “It neither changes nor pretends to be something it’s not, which is why I enjoy it—”
Without warning, Furina shoved the macaron into his mouth.
Wanderer joins Furina for a tea party. He hates sweets, but his teeth will be rotting anyway.
