How can someone be so handsome and pretty at the same time?
No one is perfect, but Kim Sunoo is an exception!
The praises that Sunoo often hears and read every time he's going to post a photo of him on their Twitter account, and sometimes when there's a concept photos for their comeback.
Sunoo's loving it, the compliments. He is the type of person who gains courage and becomes more motivated when someone compliments him or gives him positive feedback. For Sunoo, being complimented by someone is the reason why he is so determined to do his best in a lot of terms.
If you're going to ask him if he's getting shy sometimes because of those compliments. Yes... Of course, Sunoo is a human too, and he can also feel anxious and be shy around other people who'll get to compliment him.
However, ever since he debuted as a member of Enhypen, he told himself that he should get used to it.
And he did! Because every time Enhypen is having comeback promotions, they'll need to attend some interviews, variety shows, or radio programs. A lot of MCs are praising his visuals, voice, and smile. And his signature eye smile.
He even once saw their fans saying that Sunoo was collecting MCs again or that MC was being whipped again for Sunoo.
Actually, it kind of makes Sunoo feel shy sometimes and causes him to feel some awkwardness. Especially, if he knew that sometimes many people are eyeing him because of his beauty.
Sunoo sometimes begins to overthink and doubt his skills and talent. He thinks that people only love him because of his visuals and not because of his talent for singing and dancing.
"Sunoo-ya, of course, it's not true," Jay once said. "Engenes love your voice and they compliment your dancing skills too. Don't overthink it, okay?"
Sunoo always goes to Jay to express his concerns and problems, and he is grateful to Jay for always being there for him.
But lately... Jay notice that Sunoo didn't come to him to tell him his problems. He also began to see that Sunoo often spaced out during their dance practice. So he never skipped that chance to ask Sunoo after their schedule.
"Let's call it a day. Let's continue it tomorrow!" The dance instructor bids goodbye and the members showed their respect and said thank you.
Sunoo, who was busy wiping his sweat on his forehead, was startled by Jay Hyung's approach to him.
"Are you okay?" asked Jay.
Sunoo stared at Jay for a minute, then he raised his eyebrow in confusion.
"Of course Hyung. Why would I not be okay? " Then he continues to wipe his sweat and open his energy drink.
"Nothing, I just noticed you spacing out a lot earlier-"
"Hyung, I'm fine... really," Sunoo cuts him off. "I just got lost in my mind earlier. Next week is the birthday of my sister, I'm just thinking about what should I give her." Sunoo made an excuse, and he secretly gulped the lump in his throat.
"And I'm thinking if I should give her an album with your signature Hyung." Sunoo said to Jay while wearing his smile.
"My signature?" Jay asked in confusion.
"Hyung... You know, my sister has been simping you since I-land," Sunoo chuckles. "I can't blame her though!"
Sunoo got his bag and was ready to leave Jay, but he was halted as Jay grabbed his wrist.
"Hyung?"
"If you have a problem, just tell me, okay?" He tried to look at Sunoo's eyes, but Sunoo is avoiding his gaze. "Hyung is here for you, okay?"
"Of course Jay Hyung..." He smiled. But his smile didn't reach his eyes.
When Sunoo got out of the dance practice room, Jay sighed.
He just wanted to help the younger, to tell him what was on his mind. But he thinks that Sunoo is not ready yet to open up his feelings.
"Jay Hyung, what's the matter?" Jungwon approached him. Ni-ki and Sunghoon are on his side. While Heeseung and Jake are already nowhere to be found in the room.
"Is it Sunoo again?" Sunghoon asked. Eyes full of concern. Sunghoon also feels that something is bothering Sunoo.
"Yeah, but he didn't say anything again."
"I think it's about him doubting his talents again," Ni-ki said, and his voice was quite shaky.
"What do you mean?" Jungwon is confused.
"Sunoo hyung once saw an anti fan's post on twitter, saying that Sunoo hyung is nothing. He only has his visuals, and he is not capable of being to be a member of-"
"Wait, what?" Jungwon cut-offs Ni-ki because he got furious. He feels so mad, because how can someone say that to his Sunoo Hyung?
"Easy Won. That's why I'm trying to talk to him... okay. We just need to give him some time and space right now. I know he's under pressure now." Jay reassures Jungwon and Ni-ki.
Meanwhile, Jungwon can't just sit back and relax, knowing that his Sunoo Hyung is having a problem now. He wanted to comfort his Hyung, but jay was right. They should give him some time to himself.

When all their schedules for the day were done, they all settled into their dorm. Ni-ki and Heeseung like usual, playing FIFA. Sunghoon is laying on the couch. Jay is in the kitchen preparing for a midnight snack. Lastly, Jake and Sunoo huddled together and watched some cute and funny dog videos on youtube.
Jungwon on the other hand is now on his bed. He's not yet sleepy, but he just feels like resting his body while scrolling through Twitter.
For him, looking for engenes activity on Twitter after a long tiring day is his hobby to make his mind and body relax. He also got a lot of motivation from what Engenes was posting about him and his members.
"The fuck!"
He couldn't stop himself from cursing when a certain tweet got his attention.
It's a tweet by an obsessed fan about, Sunoo.
"Fuck... Sunoo is really pretty. He's so beautiful. Though he can't dance well, he has a perfect voice and body. I want to ruin him."
Jungwon once again cursed at the back of his mind, when he read the content of the tweet. He felt disgusted.
"How can someone be this obsessed! And this is definitely sexualizing Sunoo Hyung!" Jungwon thought and he is really mad now, to the point he immediately report the tweet. But he regretted it. He should screenshot the post and tell his manager.
In the end, he just sighed. And scrolled on his Twitter timeline again.
This time he saw a lot of engenes tweeting about Sunoo. That they should protect him and give him a lot of praise. When Jungwon checked the context of why Engenes are doing this, his blood boils.
It's another post about Sunoo being sexualized, bullied, and hated. Jungwon is very mad, he's hands are shaking while reading the post and he didn't notice the tears in his eyes.
"Jungwonie?!"
He was taken aback when Sunoo called his name with full sincerity.
"What happened? Why are you crying? Did you get hurt? Tell me?" Sunoo continuously asked the younger while checking if he was hurt.
But instead of answering, Jungwon hugs his Sunoo Hyung. Sunoo was surprised by the sudden action of the latter.
"Hey? Are you okay?"
Jungwon simply nodded and buried his face in Sunoo's shoulder. Sunoo began to feel the wetness of his shirt, and he knew that Jungwon is still crying.
"Then why are you crying?" asked Sunoo again, while patting Jungwon's hair.
"I-Its just... I'm just... Sorry Hyung, it's nothing." Jungwon hesitantly replied to Sunoo. He doesn't want to tell his Sunoo that he saw a post sexualizing him. He doesn't want that.
"Okay, if you're not ready to tell me now, I'll give you some time, okay?" Sunoo smiled at him. "Just sleep now okay. I know you are tired."
Sunoo helped the younger to lay down on his bed, he was about to exit the room but Jungwon held his hand.
"Hyung, can you sleep with me?" Jungwon shyly asked.
Sunoo was dumbfounded. Jungwon never asked him before to sleep beside him. So he got shocked.
"Nevermind, Hyung-"
"Okay!" Sunoo happily said and settle himself beside Jungwon.
Sunoo wraps his arms around Jungwon's waist and lay his head on the latter's shoulder.
"Good night Jungwonie, hyungie is here, hmm?"
Jungwon felt like crying again, but he smiled because of the sweetness of his hyung.
"Good night, Sunoo Hyungie"

"We gladly announced that we choose Sunoo as the next model for our magazine, which will be issued in the next three months!" Two of the PDs from the famous magazine company said enthusiastically to Enhypen members.
Early in the morning, they were constructed by their manager to go in the conference hall saying that there is an announcement.
Turns out that one of the most famous magazine companies in America, choose Sunoo as their next model that will be released in the next three months.
The members are so happy for Sunoo, because for them Sunoo really deserves this recognition. However, Sunoo didn't feel the same way.
"J-just me? What about the others?" Sunoo asked.
One of the male PDs came near to Sunoo and held his hand, guiding him to stand up in front of them.
"We chose you because the concept suits you very well," he said. "Plus, your visuals are not a joke! You are indeed a pretty boy! "
Sunoo's smile on his face slowly fades away. Pretty boy. Sunoo hates that phrase.
Sunoo started to feel awkward when the PD starts to roam its hands on his waist. Sunoo wanted to push him away, but he needed to be professional.
"Sunoo-ssi, this will help you," Said the PD. "I will help you." Sunoo slightly flinched when he felt the hot breath on his ear.
"I think we should go!" Heeseung abruptly said and his voice echoes throughout the conference hall. He shifts his eyes to Jungwon and asks for assistance, and Jungwon easily catches what his Hyung is trying to imply.
"We still have other schedules for today," Jungwon says, while slowly going to his Sunoo Hyung and gently grabbing his hand. "For sure our agency will contact you if Sunoo Hyung agrees to your offer. Thank you for your time."
After that, he bows his head to show respect and started to exit the hall.
The other members did the same and they immediately followed Jungwon.
Ni-ki was about to run to Sunoo Hyung and ask him if he was okay but, Jungwon stops him.
"Why?" He spoke.
Heeseung brings his hand to tap maknae's shoulder.
"Let's leave them alone here." He said to the younger
"What? Hyung! You see what did that bastard do to Sunoo Hyung-"
"Riki! Your words!" Heeseung scolds him. "I'm not blind, Riki. I saw what he did. I saw how that bastard looked at Sunoo with a lust," Heeseung stops to catch his breath. "It's so disgusting that I want to punch his eyes."
Heeseung stared at Sunoo who was now spacing out again, while Jungwon and Jay is on his side saying something to him.
Heeseung is not stupid. He knows what's happening. He knows a lot of obsessed fans are using Sunoo for their lust. And Heeseung is angry because he can't do anything to stop them and to protect his lovely dongsaeng.
He wanted to protect Sunoo at all costs, but their stupid agency is not taking any action to do so. And now, there is some magazine company wanted their Sunoo to be their model? For what? To use Sunoo in their fantasies?
Heeseung knows that magazine company very well. It's a famous adult magazine in America. That's why he is wondering why their company is letting them take Sunoo as their model for Pete's sake.

"Hyung! Please don't let Sunoo accept that magazine." Sunghoon pleads with its manager.
When he heard from Heeseung that the magazine company was an adult magazine, he dashed out to their manager's office and begged him to stop the offer.
"Sunghoon, you're overanalyzing it. That's not the case-"
"Hyung! I know you saw it too, and I know, you know what's happening to Sunoo right now. Why can't just you protect Sunoo from those kinds of people!" Sunghoon gets emotional and tears land in his eyes.
His manager covered his face with his hands and groaned with frustration.
"Believe me, Sunghoon, I did everything to cancel that, but I can't do anything. I'm just your manager, I'm not the one who can control, what offers we can accept or not"
"Fuck-" Sunghoon aggressively ruffled his hair and let out a heavy sigh.
"If we can't cancel it anymore, then when is the schedule of the photoshoot?" Sunghoon asked.
"Next... next week"
"If we can't cancel it anymore, then we just need to make sure that Sunoo is safe during the shoot... And... And... We should be there to Hyung-"
"Sunghook relax please!" The manager tried to relax him.
"How can I possibly relax-"
"Shhh! I know Sunghoon. I know," He sadly smiled at him.
"We will protect him. No matter what."

The photoshoot was supposed to be next week on Monday. However, their manager announced that it was rescheduled and they needed to start it immediately today.
It was Friday today. Sunghoon has a schedule of music bank. Heeseung and Jay have a schedule for recording, and they can't skip it now. While Jake has a pre-recording schedule for one of the variety shows.
The rescheduling of the photoshoot was unannounced, it's like they incidentally do it on purpose, when the other members are full of schedules.
Sunghoon wanted to curse everyone he met right now. He's very nervous and he can't focus on his script. So he takes his phone and decides to give a message to Sunoo.
Sunghoon:
Hey, take care okay? I'm not there with you.
Sunoo:
Of course, Hyung, don't worry okay.
I'm fine. I'll be fine.
Oh... Jungwon and Riki are here with me btw.
Sunghoon felt relieved now that he knew Jungwon and Ni-ki were there with him.
Sunghoon:
Okay, still take care okay!
Sunoo: Okay, hyung!

Sunoo would be lying if he said that he was not nervous. He is scared to death right now. Not to be overreacting, but Sunoo knows that something is not right about those two PDs.
Sunoo feels so awkward every time he makes eye contact with them, and he is not stupid. There is something in the way they look at him. And thinking of it, Sunoo feels so disgusted.
"Sunoo-ssi, are you ready?" One of the PD asks him, whose name is Kyle.
The make-up artist who's assisting Sunoo, nods to him as a signal that he is all done and ready.
"Sunoo Hyung, can we go with you?" Jungwon asks and stand behind the Sunoo, while Ni-ki is just quiet and observing the actions of the people in the said place.
Their manager is with them, but he is currently talking with the manager of the magazine company. Jungwon knows that their manager should go with Sunoo, but he is nowhere to be found. So Jungwon would gladly volunteer.
"Sure-"
"No!" Sunoo was cut off by Kyle. "I mean, Sunoo can't focus if your inside too Jungwon"
"No, I promise I'll just watch." Jungwon pleads
"But I already said you can't" Kyle stated, and based on his voice, he is already irritated.
Jungwon is already aware that Kyle is irritated with him, but he can't let his Sunoo Hyung go inside the photoshoot room.
Jungwon and Kyle are currently exchanging intense gazes with each other, and Sunoo started to feel the heavy, intense feeling in the room.
"It's okay Won, I can handle it," Sunoo reassured him while smiling.
He's faking it. Jungwon thought. He knows that smile is fake.
Sunoo held Jungwon's hand and squeeze it.
"Trust me okay?" Sunoo said. "I'll be back to you after this" He again smiles at the young man before leaving him and entering the photoshoot room with Kyle.
But before the door was completely closed, he saw a smirk on Kyle's face.
"Fuck! I want to punch his face!" Jungwon aggressively kicked the chair near him because of frustration.
"Hyung, calm down," Ni-ki calms him "We will come inside that room once we heard or feel something is not right okay?"
Jungwon covered his face with his hands and let his frustration out through his tears. He feels so guilty now.
Jungwon feels that it is his responsibility to protect all his members. Maybe Jungwon is the second youngest among the enhypen members, Jungwon is very responsible and a good leader. All members are respecting him for that because, at a young age, he can handle different situations, and he has a sharp mind and good critical thinking skills.
That's why Jungwon is so frustrated now and doubting himself. He thinks that he is responsible if something bad happens to his Sunoo Hyung.
"Jungwon Hyung," Ni-ki calmly calls him. "I know you are mad and frustrated. But please don't blame yourself. None of us wanted this to happen."
Maybe Ni-ki is the youngest among them all, he is a reliable member and friend.

"You are doing great. Once more Sunoo" The photographer; James, praise him.
It's been half an hour, and Sunoo is still posing in front of the camera. It went well actually, all the posing they want Sunoo to do is normal and none of them is suspicious. Sunoo thinks that maybe he's just overthinking everything.
The two PDs which is Kyle and Bryan together with the photographer James are the only people inside with him. Everyone is serious and focuses on the photoshoot.
"Okay Sunoo, this will be the last one for this category," James said and he smiled at Sunoo
Sunoo squints his eyes. "This category? So meaning there is still the next category?" He asked.
"Yep, the last category," Kyle answered, and he stood up from his chair, approaching Sunoo.
"W-what is the last category then?" His anxiousness came back, because of the atmosphere.
"Well... Sunoo, this category is not actually part of the magazine... But... It is still required to take this, it's just like a souvenir for the fans and to... Us" Bryan said while leaning toward Sunoo.
Sunoo steps backward but he just ends up bumping Kyle's chest. He was about to walk out between them, but Kyle grab Sunoo's wrist.
"Relax. This category is simple." Kyle whispered to Sunoo's ear.
Sunoo is having goosebumps now, he wants to walk away from these guys but he can't because they're cornering him. Sunoo released a heavy sighed and tried to calm himself. Nothing will happen if I can't defend myself. He thought and encourage himself.
"What is the category then?" He bravely asked and look into Kyle's eyes.
Kyle smirked and was amused by Sunoo's attitude.
"Good. Now strip"
"What!" He couldn't believe what he had heard. "No, I won't!" Sunoo firmly said and intently gazed at Kyle.
"I thought you're a good boy?" Bryan said this with a creepy smile on his lips. James join them and Sunoo notice that he started to remove his tie.
"This is for your fans, I'm sure they want to see your abs and petite and small waist, honey," James said and he attempted to hold Sunoo's waist, but Sunoo didn't let him and he slap his hand.
"Aggressive? I like that!" Jame licked his lips and go behind Sunoo.
"Where are you-" Sunoo was about to protest but he was stopped because James covers his mouth and caged his arms behind his back.
Sunoo tries to move and removes his arms from James, but James is too strong for him.
"Sunoo, relax okay. This will be quick" Kyle approaches him and starts to unbutton his polo while Bryan is unzipping his pants.
Sunoo once again tries to move and this time he shouted even though James is covering his mouth.
"Shut up!" Kyle ends up slapping Sunoo's face.
"Bro, what did you do? It will leave a bruise!" Bryan panicked.
"I don't care, this bitch is too noisy he needs to be quiet!"
Sunoo continues to scream and remove his hands from James. He also started to kick his foot but all his strength are slowly vanishing because of his situation right now.
Three boys are molesting him and he can't do anything. Tears start to drop from Sunoo's eyes.
"Shit, I can't imagine you in my hands now Sunoo" Bryan creepily said while licking Sunoo's neck.
James removed his hand from Sunoo's mouth and roams it Sunoo's chest.
"S-Stop! JUNGWON! "
Kyle once again slaps Sunoo because of what he did. But Sunoo didn't even flinch and screamed for Jungwon's name again.
Bryan grips Sunoo's hair and slaps him again. Sunoo's cheeks are now completely red because of the slaps.
"P-Please, why are you doing this to me?" Sunoo pleads.
"Because you are made to be ruined, sunshine," Kyle answers him.
Kyle was about to rip off Sunoo's polo when someone shouted Sunoo's name and he came to a halt.
"Sunoo Hyung! What the fuck are you doing? " Jungwon madly screams at them, and he runs towards his Hyung. While Ni-ki was just standing at the door, he was taken aback to see his Hyung's state.
"Oh... a rescuer?" Bryan sarcastically said and aggressively pulled Sunoo towards him and snaked his arms around Sunoo's neck. "If you don't want your Sunoo Hyung to lose his breath, leave. Now!"
But instead of listening, Jungwon used his strength and taekwondo skills to attack Kyle and James. Jungwon kicked them on their legs, sides, and lastly, in their stomachs.
Bryan got scared and he slowly removed his arms from Sunoo's neck. But Sunoo didn't let him run away and used this chance to knock him down.
Sunoo used his elbow to punch Bryan's stomach. When he successfully knocked him down, Sunoo locked his legs into Bryan's legs and head locked him.
"S-Sunoo! Wait! " Bryan pleads, but Sunoo doesn't even budge and continues to restrain his neck.
Jungwon successfully knocked out Kyle and James, and he was about to go to Sunoo, but he fell when Kyle held his legs and restrained him from moving. Kyle twists Jungwon's ankle, resulting in him shrieking.
Sunoo heard Jungwon, and he immediately let go of Bryan's neck and ran towards the younger.
Sunoo used all his last strength and skills to kick Kyle's head.
"Jungwon! Jungwon!" Sunoo calls Jungwon a mantra.
"Hyung it... It hurts!" Jungwon continues to cry.
Sunoo removed Jungwon's shoes, and he tried to calm him down.
"Shhh, Hyung is here... Okay, we will cure your ankle—"
"Hyung No!" Jungwon shouted
"W-What?" Sunoo asked confused. Jungwon hugs him.
"I'm— I'm not crying because of my ankle... Hyung, it's you! I'm sorry I c-couldn't protect you! " Jungwon sobs.
Tears formed in Sunoo's eyes, and he sobbed with Jungwon. He hugs him tight and rubs his back.
"I'm okay—"
"No, you're not! Look at you! " Jungwon pointed at Sunoo's almost naked body and a small bruise on his neck, or a hickey. "They assaulted you, Hyung! You can't say you're fine!"
With that, Sunoo started to cry and all his anxiety and fear came back. "I'm weak!" Sunoo whispers to himself.
"No..." Jungwon cries with him and hugs him again.
Jungwon was about to say something again, but he was interrupted by James, who was madly shouting and swinging a baseball bat in front of him.
"Jungwon—"
It happens so fast. The bat that was supposed to land on Jungwon instead landed on Sunoo's back, and Sunoo is now unconsciously laying on his lap.
"Sunoo Hyung!" He screamed for his name, but Sunoo was not responding.
"There—!" Ni-ki, who budge in the room with their manager and tons of police,
"Sunoo! Jungwon!" Their manager calls for them and runs towards them.
He tried to shake Sunoo's figure, but Sunoo was not showing any signs of consciousness.
"Hyung... Sunoo Hyung's head is bleeding!" Ni-ki panicked.
"Shit!" Their manager immediately carries Sunoo's body. "Ni-ki, help your Jungwon Hyung, the ambulance is on the outside, let's go!"

"How is he?!" Sunghoon immediately greets the doctor who just got out of Sunoo's room. After the other members heard what happened to Sunoo, they immediately canceled all their plans and went to the hospital.
"He's in good condition now. We stitched his head and he lost a lot of blood, so it may take him two to three days to wake up," The doctor turns his head to Jungwon. "As for you, Jungwon-ssi, I recommend you rest your ankle and feet for a week. I need to go now."
"Can we see him now?" Jake asked the doctor, and the doctor agreed.
When they came inside the room, they all heaved a sigh because of Sunoo's situation now.
They are not used to seeing their Sunoo lying on this bed unconsciously and not being able to see his bright smile.
On the other hand, Sunghoon is worried. He was worried that after Sunoo woke up, he might not be able to see his smile again because of what he'd just experienced.
"Let's just hope Sunoo will be fine," their manager said. "All three men are in jail now. They're really not a PD of the company. They've turned out to be obsessed fans of Sunoo, pretending to be a PD. " He sighed. "I can't believe I allowed them to touch Sunoo..."His eyes were scaped by a scape of tears. It is my fault... As your manager, it is my responsibility to-"
"Hyung stop!" Heeseung cuts him off. "No one wants this to happen. We didn't expect this to happen. Hyung, don't blame yourself. "
Their manager continues to cry on his hands, and the members come near him to hug him.

It's been one week, but there is still no sign of consciousness for Sunoo. Jungwon's ankle is now in good condition, but Sunoo is still asleep.
They got worried, but the doctors said Sunoo's body must be stressed and tired, which is why he was still asleep.
All their schedules are canceled for one month, and their fans give their prayers to Sunoo for his fast recovery.
Heeseung, Jake, and Ni-ki are now inside Sunoo's room. waiting for their friend to wake up.
Heeseung and Jake are preparing their meals, while Ni-ki sits beside Sunoo and observes him.
"Riki, Sunoo will not go anywhere. Come here, let's eat." Heeseung reminds him.
Ni-ki just sighed and was about to stand up when he noticed Sunoo's finger moving in a slight motion. He then looked at Sunoo's face. He noticed that Sunoo was panting.
"Hyung!" Ni-ki called his Heesung and Jake Hyung, and they huddled towards Sunoo.
Sunoo continues to pant, and it's getting louder, and he's now sobbing.
"Sunoo Hyung!" Ni-ki cried and shook Sunoo's figure.
"Sunoo-ya, wake up please," Jake pleads while caressing Sunoo's cheeks.
"S-stop, Hyung... H-help me!" Sunoo pleads when he opens his eyes. Sunoo sobs and pants like he's catching his breath.
"Shhh... Sunoo, we're here." "You're in good hands with us."Heeseung held his hands tightly, and Sunoo started to calm.
"I'm... I'm scared."
"I know... We're here, we won't leave you. "
Jake guided Sunoo when he was about to sit down.
"How are you feeling, Hyung?" Ni-ki asked him.
Sunoo gives them a weak smile. "I think I'm better than before."
"We're sorry, Sunoo." Heeseung started. "I-we couldn't protect you..."
A tear escapes from Sunoo's eyes, but Heeseung wipes it away.
"It's fine, Hyung, you don't have to apologize. Where are they now? " Sunoo asked.
Heeseung and Jake looked at each other, and they understood what Sunoo was asking.
"They're in jail now. They've turned out to be your sasaeng, and they just pretend to be a PD of the magazine model so they can come to you, "Heeseung explains while holding Sunoo's hands."
Sunoo sobbed, "They're- they're horrible people Hyung. They wanted me to strip... They abused me... They licked me-"
