Notes:

Disclaimer: I do not own anything (Picture, Video, or Show/Anime)

This is the first time writing an MHA fanfic, so if I am complete shit at it...then I'm sorry!!

Inko will not be good in this fanfic, mainly cause I need an excuse to have Izuku go live with his Parental Soulmates.

Chapter 1: Ch 1. Fated Meeting

Chapter Text

Izuku was nervous, the entire day he had been feeling off. It wasn't a bad off, but it felt like something was going to happen soon. Something that would change his entire life, despite that feeling he went on with his life like normal.

Kacchan was currently mocking and insulting him, but Izuku simply played his role as the timid kid. He was timid, but only because it meant he got in less trouble when he was. He didn't get hurt as much when he was timid and obedient, at least at school. It was the opposite at home, his mother used to be so caring and gentle. However the last three years changed that for some reason, she started getting cold and neglectful.

He had thought maybe he had done something to make her this way, but no matter what he thought of didn't add up. He had no escape from his school life or home life, the only time he had any sort of peace was while he was walking to school or from school.

Izuku had decided to take the long way home, he'd just come from a situation with Kacchan which the other kid had told him to take a swan dive of the roof. It ashamed him that he had actually considered doing exactly that, but then he realized that was just giving the explosive teen what he wanted. So he stubbornly refused to even consider it.

While passing under a bridge something dark green flashed in the corner of Izuku's eyes and before he was able to react he was being swallowed by slime.

"Relax kid, it will all be over soon." A voice spoke and Izuku panicked realizing he was being attacked by a villain. However no matter how much he struggled the kid wasn't able to escape the clutches of the villain.

Slime began entering his mouth and sliding down his throat cutting off his breathing. Tears sprang to his eyes as he attempted to scratch at the slime to get it out, but the villain just immobilized his arms and hands. With no oxygen or any way of making sound Izuku began to lose hope his struggling slowing to a stop.

However just as the last ounce of his hope fled, a voice cut through the haze of Izuku's mind.

"Don't worry Citizen, for I AM HERE!" The voice shouted and the sludge villain was quite literally punched off of Izuku. He briefly wondered how he was unharmed since the villain was wrapped around him at the time.

Izuku coughed as he cleared his airways, before turning to see his savior bottling the Villain up. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped, standing in front of him was his idol and favorite hero. Swallowing he tried to bring himself to talk, perhaps even get an autograph.

"A-All Might?!" Izuku exclaimed in awe, the hero turned to look at him. Relief clear in the expression on the hero's face.

"Kid you alright?" All Might asked and Izuku could only nod, however when the hero checked over him and made contact with him as he searched for injuries a burning feeling revealed itself.

Izuku knew what this meant, he had found one of his Soulmate's. Burning meant Parental while Romantic was said to be a throbbing feeling. He noted how All Might had frozen and knew the hero had felt the same burning, would All Might reject him? He had heard that it was extremely painful to both Soulmates to reject one another.

"Y-Your my...S-Soulmate." Izuku stammered out, still in disbelief at the situation. What was he talking about, once All Might finds out he's Quirkless he will reject him. It was inevitable, but perhaps he could delay the hero from finding out.

At that moment the hero in front of him deflated in a burst of smoke, standing in his place was a skeletal man. Izuku blinked unsure of what had just occurred.

"All Might?" Izuku questioned feeling slightly confused, the older man just coughed and blood came out his mouth. The sight instantly made Izuku worry, was his Soulmate sick?

"So your my Soulmate, didn't think I'd ever find you." All Might confessed looking fairly awkward as he stood there.

"Neither d-did I, sir." Izuku admitted reluctantly." After all, who would want a Quirkless nobody as a Soulmate."

All Might's expression shifted and Izuku had trouble reading the emotions that flickered across the hero's face. Swallowing he prepared for the worse, prepared to take the rejection and suffer for it.

"Just cause your Quirkless doesn't mean your a nobody, kid." All Might stated firmly and a flicker of hope rose inside Izuku." My names Toshinori Yagi, whats yours?"

Izuku blinked then felt a bit foolish for not considering All Might had a real name, then again he hadn't ever seen the man except when he saved people.

"Um, I-Izuku Midoriya, sir." Izuku responded shyly and All Might nodded in acknowledgement.

"Call my Toshinori in this form, I would prefer people not know I am All Might." Al-Toshinori explained and Izuku nodded in acceptance. It made sense that the Hero wanted to escape the fame once in a while.

"Of course, Toshinori-san." Izuku agreed with a small almost unnoticeable smile, could Toshinori save him from his mom. It was certainly worth asking, after all even if the hero couldn't Izuku would still have him there to soften everything else he went through.

It startled Izuku to realize how quickly he was trusting what was essentially a complete stranger, even if it was All Might of all people.

"Um, can I ask you something?" Izuku asked warily, and breathed a deep breath when the older man nodded.

"I...well is it possible that you could get me out of my mother's home?" Izuku asked looking down at his feet." She doesn't care for me at all, barely feeds me and sometimes locks me out of the apartment during the night. She's never hit me, but I can still logically tell she is abusing me."

Izuku noted how Toshinori's body stiffened, looking up revealed that the man looked furious. Thankfully it didn't seem to be directed and Izuku, after all he was good at telling when aggression was directed at him.

"Young Midoriya, would you accompany me to the police station?" Toshinori asked calmly and Izuku blinked, before nodding slowly.

"S-Sure." Izuku responded looking surprised, he hadn't expected the hero to do something about this immediately. Logically that meant the hero knew an Officer, though who it was Izuku didn't know.

With a nod Toshinori turned into his hero form and picked Izuku up before heading toward the Police station as fast as he could.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
About an hour later Izuku was tired of the constant question this Police kept asking, he knew logically it was neccessary but he certainly wasn't enjoying it. The Officer who was questioning him was Naomasa Tsukauchi, his Quirk made it impossible to give any lies about his situation.
"Alright, I think I have enough information." Tsukauchi stated eventually, and Izuku let out a breath of relief. He was glad the interrogation was over, technically it wasn't that, but it certainly felt like it.
Izuku followed the Officer out of the room before heading straight towards Toshinori, the hero felt safe to him. It was likely the Soulbond, but at that moment he couldn't care less since he was finally getting out of that hell hole he called home.
"You alright Young Midoriya?" Toshinori asked gently and Izuku nodded before hesitating, he didn't want to be tied to that name anymore. It was just a reminder of his life, with a shy expression Izuku looked up towards Toshinori.
"C-Can I change my last name to yours?" Izuku asked feeling slightly embarrassed for asking the question. Toshinori's eyes widened, but the older man nodded slowly.
"Of course my boy, if that's what you want." Toshinori reassured." I won't force you to do anything you don't want to."
With those words Izuku finally broke down, tears springing to his eyes as he let out a choked sob. He clutched Toshinori's shirt like it was a life line, burrowing his face into the older mans chest.
Toshinori hugged him back, rubbing circles with his hand on Izuku back. The hero walked him over to a chair and they both sat down next to one another, the older comforting the younger.
"T-Thank you..thank you..thank you." Izuku choked out, repeating the same words over and over as he cried into his Soulmate. Toshinori kept whispering that he was safe and no one could hurt him anymore.
Half an hour later and Tsukauchi returned, by that time Izuku had pulled himself together enough to not be sobbing anymore. However it was clear tears were still falling from his eyes, as he looked up at the the Officer.
"Good news, fifteen minutes ago Inko Midoriya was arrested and brought in." Tsukauchi revealed and Izuku felt a huge burden lift off his shoulders.
He was safe...he didn't have to worry about the next time he could eat, or how to keep warm when he was thrown out of the apartment. He could likely even request a transfer from his school, that way Kacchan couldn't bully him.
"I am assuming your going to take custody of your Soul-Son?" Tsukauchi question looking at Toshinori knowingly. The Hero nodded with a small smile, Izuku's heart beat faster when he realized he now had a parent that cared for him despite being Quirkless.
His real father left Inko when he was diagnosed as Quirkless, and at first Inko had taken good care of him just like any parent. However for some reason three years ago her behavior did a one-eighty and she became neglectful to an extreme. He mentioned that to Tsukauchi and the Officer had promised to look into reasons why Inko suddenly changed without warning.
"Alright, my boy." Toshinori said turning to me with a small smile." Why don't we head home, you've had a long day."
Izuku nodded feeling exhausted from everything that happened in the last couple of hours. He hoped a long sleep would make him feel better, assuming all this wasn't a dream. He certainly hoped it wasn't a dream, he didn't think he would be able to take it if it was.
With that said Izuku and Toshinori left to go to the the older ones home.
