"Sometimes I think you like being stepped on." Izzy doesn't say anything to that. He stares though. Looks up from where his head rests on the tabletop and scowls. But his cheeks flush and his body warms. And maybe Jackie notices this. Maybe she doesn't. But Izzy doesn't answer and Jackie easily puts two in two. Izzy isn't exactly stealthy with his emotions and Jackie is a pro at perception.
