Summary
After the death of father, Vi inherits the Atlas Enterprises “The Dreams of tomorrow Come to life” a simulation to relive memories, or create new ones from an empty slate. Vi plugs herself into the world of pain and a reminder she was never good enough for the woman of her ‘dreams’ but Vi begins confuse reality with fiction.

"Don't keep doing this to yourself, Vi." Jinx’s simulated voice echoed the hallways from her closet to the bathroom.
She pulled on her expensive button down and reached for her cufflinks.
"One day you won't wake up."
Counting on it.
Vi washed her face, not caring her collar was getting soaked with her out of order routine. This reminded her what was real and what wasn't. Maybe she was lying to herself in the memories.
"She was never real."
Vi gripped the sink. "Deactivate!"
