    Dazai took over as boss when Mori mysteriously disappeared, and took odasaku as his right hand man.
    Chuuya, who had been the one to save odasaku that night, left the mafia a few days before mori's disappearance, and went under the radar before surfacing, 3 years later, as a member of the armed detective agency.
    As an act of respect for his former partner, dazai pulled back all forces from interfering with the armed detective agency's work, and in return the detective agency did not hinder the port mafia's work.
