Summary
Dream, undercover as Harry McCornick, is going to be running against Bryce Wylse for New York senator. Instead of blatantly going in and revealing everything then letting shit hit the fan, Dream will be running as “healthy competition” and will slowly build up New York’s infrastructure so that when he magically disappears after the election, New York won’t be ridden with crime. It doesn’t matter if Dream wins or loses (bonus points if he does, though), he just has to dismantle Wylse’s empire and create a new one for the people to fall back on.
Completely abolish and reform a state’s whole political system? Easy.
The hard part? George is his partner on the case.
