Chapter Text

I’d never thought of the idea of kissing or sharing feelings for another boy, it was utterly ridiculous in my mind.

Me having romantic relations with another man? Fucking hell, I never really cared for what others did though, never exactly been my thing to care for you like who you like not exactly my place or business to tell you otherwise. I’d been hearing gossip lately, about a new student transferring to our school, he was in my year. I never cared much for feeble gossip like that so I ignored it.

It was Monday morning and I was staring out the window like I usually did every morning it was raining, not too harsh but not too soft either I had my headphones in listening to music, that's when I felt a poke at my back I turned my head to see Anissa, staring at me with her big brown eyes, she had long black hair pale skin and she was wearing light pink lip gloss per usual. I turned to her, taking my headphones out in the process, “What?” I questioned my tone being that of a mix of confusion and annoyance.

“New kid at noon.” She said with a mischievous smirk on her face, I rolled my eyes at her and turned around in my seat again to see the prettiest boy I'd ever seen, he had these beautiful ___ eyes, that I’d bet a thousand dollars on would sparkle a different color in the sunlight, he wasn't wearing his tie correctly yet that made him all the more beautiful.

“Hello, I’m _________ I recently moved here I'm pleasured to make your acquaintance,” he greeted I took note of how he fidgeted with the hem of his blazer, seemingly nervous about all the eyes on him, “F-feel free to ask me any questions! I'm open to them.” he quickly said, basically stuttering the first word out. I saw someone raise their hand and saw his eyes immediately snap over to that person “Yes?” he said, “Why’d you move to Hurricane Utah?” The kid asked, looking at the boy.

“I’m quite unsure actually, my mom heard the jobs up here were better than the ones back home,” he answered “We’ve had to move a lot for most of my life so.” he chuckled “that must suck..” I said barely a whisper, it was loud enough to get him to snap his head towards me and smile brightly “Kind of. I’m used to it by now!” he exclaimed cheerfully, after a few more questions the teacher told him to take a seat, he sat down next to me.

“Hi,” he said quietly giving me a small wave. “Hey.” I greeted back, smiling gently at him he returned the smile and turned his head to face the teacher, I did the same but my eyes still wandered to his face, he was honestly so gorgeous I couldn't help but stare. But I quickly shook myself out of those thoughts. Me? Gay? Impossible. Especially since I had feelings for girls throughout my life. He was just some boy, who happened to be extremely pretty! Nothing more of it.

After classes, I tapped the new boy on the shoulder he turned to me and smiled a bit “Hey, do you know where you’re going for your next class?” I asked him, and he perked up a bit and shook his head, “No...” he said quietly “Do you have a schedule? I can check it for you.” I offered him quickly and nodded handing me a piece of paper, it had all his classes on it, we have all the same classes but 4th period. “We’ve got all our classes together, ‘cept 4th I’ll walk you to your 4th-period if you want.” He stared at me for a while before nodding and stuttering out a yes, we walked to 2nd period and I got to know him a bit more I was glad about that honestly. He was such a sweetheart and always kept his best manners, apologizing for small things like bumping into me, etc, he also called my accent cute, which for some reason made me blush, most likely because it was the first time anyone has ever complimented my accent. He was kind and could be a potential friend, I really like him.

Not in that way!
