   Summary

   I hear the crunch of the autumn leaves beneath my feet as I walk. Speckles of sun on the ground coming down through the canopy above. The air is fresh and crisp, and I feel horrible. My wife, Rosalie, has just given birth to five new wolf pups – we haven’t even named them yet. I’m afraid.
