Summary
Gentle music played through the streets. Sounds of trumpets and jazzy piano echoed throughout the night as guests made their way into the entrance of the museum where a gala was taking place. Animals great and small were dressed in their finest clothing, eagerly making their ways through the doors and inside the gala. Tonight was one of the most important nights of all; one of the seven Chaos Emeralds was finally being revealed to the citizens of the city. No one has ever seen an emerald up close — unless you were Sonic the Hedgehog or any of his awesome friends. They’ve fought for their lives to get their hands on that precious jewel. All that hard work paid off. Thanks to them, the city is at peace. As a way of showing gratitude, he and his team were invited to the event. Now that the emerald had been finally restored, tonight is a night to celebrate!
Except our good friend here; Shadow the Hedgehog. He and his partner in crime, Rouge, decided to sneak inside the gala to take the emerald all to themselves, but when Sonic found Shadow in the middle of their heist, the plan had a few complications.
