Summary
Mirei discovers, shortly after arriving on Mermaid Island, that she's already pregnant. Wanting a better life for herself and her child, she embraces it, even with new urges she didn't know she had before welling up inside her. Years later, in her 30s, Mirei and her husband prepare for their anniversary, while Mirei meets with the other women who used to be on Mermaid Island to talk about where they are now.
